The check in clerk was like you are bothering me. Didn't say anything about breakfast or other things you need to know. They advertise hot breakfast, there were no breakfast at all not even a continental breakfast. The hotel office did not open until 9 AM. So the people either had to wait until 9 AM to check out or just leave if you need to leave early. usually have good service at this hotel but not this time. If they are not going to serve breakfast in the winter months, they do not need to advertise it. Let the people know about everything when checking in, that your job.

Disappointing stay
We stayed there several years ago it and it was good. They no longer offer evening cobbler, The ice machine was not working. The waffle batter was out or broken. They only put out maybe 2 peanut butter each day. No hot water in the shower. Problems with the card to open the door. No Kleenex in the room.. We will not be returning there.

Thought this place was very over priced for what you got. Also I booked a two queen room and I’m pretty sure the beds were only full size. Makes a difference when you have your husband and two kids with you.

I had stayed at this property before, and it was nice and clean. The room was clean, but cobwebs in the corner and it definitely needed some paint in the room. Also, there were only about five cars in the parking lot, but someone was put in the room above us, and they were loud all night long. I thought maybe it might be better to space out the rooms when there are just a few People staying.

Don't Whisper, Yell...this one is great!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was small and a bit dated. But it was CLEAN and priced RIGHT. I preferred the outside entrance. I'll look for this one first when going back to Branson.

When we arrived at the room, I could already feel a sense of not wanting to stay there. The outside of the door was dirty and wasps were flying around. Upon entering, I saw a button and some debris on the floor. I saw a spider nest on the ceiling. When I turned on the heat unit, an awful burning smell came out. I was afraid that it would catch fire. I didn't want to take a chance of the room catching fire. The manager was wanted to put us in another room but I didn't feel safe staying there. I will say that the manager was apologetic and tried to make things right.

I checked in and immediately left to find another place to stay. The room was in terrible condition - dirty everywhere, with stained sheets and pillow cases. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
