• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required with parking fee of $5 per car per night, to be paid upon check-in at the Welcome Center (closes at 10 PM).
• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• This unit is on the main floor and requires walking up 34 steps to access the main door.
