Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay there again. The price was reasonable, and the cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was very good also. It is conveniently located, and the only negative point was there were signs posted outside, warning people to lock their cars, because theft in the neighborhood was possible (especially at night). However, I never had any problems, and always felt comfortable. As I mentioned before, I would be happy to stay there again!

Pleasant, economical, clean and well located.
My first surprise was that no one at reception when I checked in spoke even a little English. I indicated with sign language that I would like a room on a high floor and was assigned a very pleasant room on the top (13th) floor with nice views of the area, The location is an easy walk to the TV tower with an observation deck from which you can see almost all of the cities important structures. I recommend going there soon after arrival to get your bearings of the layout of the city. A huge shopping center is only about a half block from the hotel with probably 30 restaurants on the top floor food court. It is an easy walk to the famous Dom Bosco shrine and not to far from the cathedral and bus and metro stations. Only one of the two elevators was operation for the entire 3 days of my stay but it did not seem to matter much as I got the feeling that the hotel was not very full. A male night receptionist spoke fluent English and said he had lived in England for several years. Most of the hotel staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, fresh and tasty with hot and cold items and lots of local fresh fruits.

Hotel antigo com uma parte reformada. Não vale o preço. Quando cheguei tive a impressão de estar em uma pensão. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, as cortinas e janelas do restaurante estavam bastante sujas. O café começa 7h e não adiantam para um horário mais cedo, caso o hóspede precise. Sobre o apartamento: vedação acústica do banheiro era horrível, dava para ouvir claramento a pessoa do quarto ao lado tomano banhho e flando ao telefone, bem como o barulho da rua, pois o basculante estava emperrado. Ar condicionado antigo. Quarto amplo, mas tinha uma porta para na parede do quarto ao lado que me deixou em dúvida se era armário ou de fato uma passagem isolada. Uma das luminárias estavam queimadas, tive que pedir para trocar. A iluminação poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas, depois que trocaram a lâmpada ficou ok. A cama é boa, ampla e confortável. A cadeira que fica no quarto já é bastante antiga. Tinha frigobar abastecido, chuveiro quente, a camareira, pessoal da copa/restaurante e da recepção foram gentis.
