O hotel no geral é agradável, indicando um benefício justo em relação ao custo da diária. O ambiente ao redor do hotel me pareceu bom, com restaurante com música ao vivo próximo ao hotel o que no meu caso facilitou a refeição e agradou. Banheiro e quarto limpo com ar condicionado, wi-fi. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Bom custo benefício, acomodações confortáveis, limpeza boa, televisão, a internet não é das melhores mas quebra o galho. O café da manhã é completo e bem servido. O atendimento é cordial e prestativo. Ideal para quem não quer gastar muito em um local com fácil acesso ao Plano Piloto. Recomendo.

Pouca preparação para o diálogo.
O Hotel é simples, correto. Poderia ter sido uma experiência agradável de desfrutar de uma acomodação limpa e próxima da UNB. Não foi. Faltou capacidade de gerenciamento e sensatez ao encarregado do Hotel no que tange a lidar com imprevistos. Nada posso falar da Recepcionista do Hotel. Preocupada em ajudar e criar condições de apaziguamento entre partes discordantes. A máxima o cliente sempre tem razão é para ser evocada com tranquilidade, embora nem sempre seja uma afirmativa verdadeira.Mas é necessário que a gerência de um hotel possa acolher a reclamação de um hóspede com tranquilidade e zelo. É muito complexo quando a gerência do Hotel não entende o posicionamento do hóspede e/ou não compreende o seu ponto de vista, pré-julgando-o. Uma pena, desencontro total.
