We loved our stay at Conchal Hotel. Very relaxing, comfortable room and great pool. Walkable to the beach and some restaurants. We were travelling with 2 small children.

Everyone here was very kind and accommodating. Rooms were routinely cleaned and the property was well maintained. Sylvia and Donald provided great service, the food was delicious and affordable, and the local wildlife was such a treat to be able to experience!

Conchal Hotel was a great last stop for our Costa Rican vacation. The staff was super kind and helpful regarding where to go for the beach or other attractions. (We recommend walking to the beach in front of the Westin!) The grounds are beautiful with the pool in the center which was great to come back to after a day at the beach. Our only disappointment with our room. With concrete floors and little to no other furniture besides the bed, it was much more bare bones than the online photos show. An additional chair and table would have been nice for more seating and storage. The restaurant on the property had a delicious breakfast spread and was convenient for other meals. Everyone must have the guacamole and homemade chips! Just a heads up, it was quite expensive. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time here.

The dinner on the balcony with screaming monkeys and breakfast with iguanas the next day was super cool. We walked about 20 minutes away to the seashell beach also and that was an awesome adventure!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming and well taken care of. We would definitely return here to stay again. The restaurant had live music some nights, delicious food and drinks and service that was personable and kind. What a window into the beautiful Costa Rican culture. We highly recommend.

The staff are unbelievably lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the room did the job! It was a clean as you can get while also surrounded by jungle. Super close to the beach, sodas, and a grocery store.

The staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, especially the typical breakfast. The property is very cute and there is also cold water available at all times and birds, iguanas, and monkeys are visible from the property so it is very beautiful.

A great little hotel
The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean. It’s an oasis in the middle of a busy and very eclectic town. Monkeys in the trees, iguanas on the roof and colorful birds flying around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
