Casa Tropical has an ideal location very close to the most beautiful beaches in the Guanacaste area: only a short 7-minute walk to Playa Brasilito and a 10-minute walk to the white sands of Playa Conchal. Also Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located just 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

The house is a single-story with 3000 sq. ft. of living space, it is fully furnished and air-conditioned throughout. It has beautiful 25-foot ceilings in the living room and dining room and a 10 ft. ceiling throughout the house, for extra freshness and light.

This vacation rental features 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and a tub in case you feel like taking a bath to recharge and relax. The 2 guest bedrooms feature 2 queen beds, for up to 6 people sleeping comfortably. The large kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the appliances for your convenience and a dining table for 4 inside and 6 outside. There is also WiFi, cable TV, a phone, a laundry room, and a 2-car garage.

The house has a gas grill for those who love to BBQ with friends or family and your own private pool with sun loungers. The green surroundings wrap up the beamed ceilings terrace and the pool. Enjoy dining in the covered outdoor or reading a book in an armchair or under a tree at the lullaby of nature.

As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps, which are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
