This modern and spacious 4 bedroom 2 story house provides an ideal luxurious and relaxing getaway, less than a 5 minute walk from Croyde beach and local shops & restaurants, with off-street parking for 4 cars, including an electric vehicle (EV) destination charger.

Seascape, situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline, offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

Built in 2013, this house features 2 lounges (for adults & kids), open-plan kitchen diner, super king bed with en-suite in the master bedroom, second bedroom with adjoining bathroom, two single beds in the third bedroom with en-suite and two single beds in the fourth bedroom with adjoining bathroom. As well as a large private hot tub, there is an outside shower in the rear garden; perfect to clean up after an afternoon on the beach.

The house is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

General info
Beautiful house and near beach, but road next to property very noisy, also a working field next door that ploughed hay early morning and night that disturbed us and dogs. Also hot tub was emptied on Friday and gardener came to cut the grass. This took two hours. Only had half day on Friday due to electric being off for three hours as well. We enjoyed our stay and had wonderful weather

We have just returned from a week at Seascape and have had the most fabulous stay. We came as a family of 7 and 2 dogs. The house is beautiful had everything we could of possibly needed. Super spacious modern accommodation just beautiful, the hot tub was a brilliant addition to and everyone of us enjoyed it. The location is just perfect too we visited Croyde Beach, Saunton Sands which is beautiful, Ilfracoombe, Woolacombe, Puttsburgh beach, Lynmouth. Guys went deep sea fishing whilst the girls enjoyed the afternoon tea treats in the village which was delicious. Fabulous all round vacation and will most definitely be returning. Thank you

Great location, home from home
Had a great week in Seascape for a family celebration. It’s in a great location as 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It’s a lovely spacious property with secure garden for the dogs and well kitted out with most things that you need on holiday. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Anne-Louise and Paul replied very quickly to any queries we had.

Perfect house in a perfect location for a beach holiday
Fantastic size, layout and decor - the master bedroom with balcony is a highlight. Big hot tub and plenty of outdoor dining space. All within 10 mins walk of Croyde beach. We couldn't have asked for more.

A fabulous week in Croyde

We had a great week in Seascape. It's in a good location near the beach and a short walk into Croyde town. Lots of good walks from the house. The hot tub was a bonus after a session in the sea and the BBQ even got some use due to the fabulous weather last week. Thank you!
