Wonderful choice!
Our family of 14 (11 yrs to 68 yrs old) stayed at this home while in Breckenridge. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We had plenty of room to play games, dance offs, watch tv and relax. It was the perfect location, we walked to dinner each night, to an escape room, grocery store and general shopping. The house was minutes away from a trail where we participated in the Michael J Fox Foundation Summer Challenge in honor of the best Husband, Dad and Grandpa! Communication was excellent. We would certainly stay again if we are back in Breckenridge.

Annual Family Ski Trip
Both houses worked well for our two families with grown kids. There were 15 of us. We gathered in the main house but had plenty of room for everyone to have privacy between the main house and guest house. Spacious, comfortable, nice furnishings/decor, stocked kitchens, private hot tub, great location. One block from Fatties and just two blocks from Main Street. It was nice to walk to downtown and not have to bother with parking.

Very Nice Breckenridge Home
Fantastic place. Only complaint is the TV's remote - please leave the Sony remote that came with the TV out to use. The ancient remote they provided had limited function and didn't control the volume. Otherwise, the place was amazing - the great location and lots of parking and clean, private hot tub.

9 adults and 7 kids fit easily in the house and cottage. Everything was great with plenty of space and nice amenities. Location is just a couple of blocks off of Main Street so everything is a quick walk away.

Great house for skiing
We had an awesome stay at the house. Location is ideal in town with tons of food and bar options within minutes and the walk to the lift is simple. Beyond that the house itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. Highlight is the hot tub which has incredible views of the mountains. Would love to come back and stay here.

Perfect location
The house and cottage were amazing and in the perfect location. Easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. If you want a eat at home for a night, the kitchen was stocked perfectly to make a meal for the entire group. Our family really enjoyed the homes and all they had to offer. Parking was ample...2 to 3 (if you parked inside the garage) spots for big house and 1 spot for the cottage.

What a wonderful place
We had such a great trip to Breckenridge and both homes are just wonderful. The ability to have our large family all in one place was fantastic. We had plenty of room for the kids, ski equipment, and a top of the line kitchen to make many great meals. The house is close enough to everything by either foot or car. Having the garage available to store all of the ski gear and provide a warm place to get ready everyday was a huge help.

Location! Location! Location
I can’t enough say enough nice things about our stay and the 2 houses in Breckinridge . Brian is extremely responsive and accommodating. We had concerns with large SUV but once Brian explained the parking the property indeed comfortable held 3 vehicles! Further, the houses are minutes walking distance from Main Street which seemed like a Hallmark movie. The house is spacious enough for 4 families with children. The kitchen and outdoor grill allows us make full meals including dinner. Bedrooms, media room, and bathrooms all flowed well together and provides amble space. The large family room ambiance is designed for sitting and playing board games or just relaxing watching television. We all thoroughly enjoyed my wife’s birthday!

We loved this property! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. Loved the location right in downtown Breck. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We will be back!

Location is great, houses were clean, Brian was attentive to our needs until checkout.
Over all great experience. Both houses were really nice and offered everything we needed. However, when we asked for a little extra time for check out, he chose to push the responsibilities off on the house cleaner. We would have had no problem with him calling back and telling us it would not be feasible. When you pay the sort of money that we paid for this place you would prefer to here from the property manager and not the house cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the property and location. This is best equipped kitchen we have experienced in a rental. We were able to leave cars parked and walk to most areas. In fact, the location can't be beat! Our family was able to spread out and everyone felt like they had their own space. Bedrooms are also nicely equipped with extra pillows, bedding, and fans. Little dusty, but the house was in good order. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property.

Wonderful, both places were perfect for a multigenerational family. Loads of room, plenty of bath rooms and a walking location. Views from the hot tub were especially enjoyed. The only issue was mold in the master shower and loads of dust in the house.

Fabulous Homes for our Ski Vacation!
We renting both homes! They were perfect for our large group. Some walked to the gondola and some took the bus to the slopes. Plenty of space for all the fun game nights. The rooms all had en-suite bathrooms, which was a big plus. Kitchen had everything to make cooking at home an option. Beautiful views, especially from the hot tub. All questions were answered promptly and check in was a breeze! What a great ski experience! Thank you for sharing you're beautiful homes!

I cannot say enough about this house. All of the appliances, tvs, and furniture were either essentially new or extremely well kept. The location was right in the middle of town and within a block of several restaurants, bars, taverns, and most importantly the gondola to the mountain. The only issue we had was not about the house but rather the effect of the labor shortage in town. Specifically, some stores and more importantly the shuttles were affected. Thankfully we were unaffected considering everything in town was within walking distance. Contact information for the owner, property manager, repairman, and practically anything else we needed was readily available at the house. Everybody was very responsive with any questions. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in town for our next trip to Breck.

The most WOW in Breckenridge!
What a gorgeous property, and SO convenient to everything. We were a party of 11 adults and these 2 houses were magical. We rented both the main house and the cottage and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there are powder rooms EVERYWHERE! The kitchen/dining/living area is warm and welcoming, and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the utensils, dishes, & cookware you could desire. Beds are clean and comfortable and if you are lucky enough to to snag the main bedroom in the main house, then enjoy the steam room feature in the shower! All the bedrooms are surprisingly large and had humidifiers in them (a HUGE plus for me!) and the basement media room was a big hit for in-home entertainment. The house was well stocked with cleaning products, towels, some toiletries, and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. The media room also has pull out queen sofa-sleepers (which we did not need to use) but keep in mind if you need someone to sleep there, they will not get a full en-suite bath BUT there is a powder room adjacent to the media room that is not attached to a bedroom - so some privacy for anyone that sleeps there. The only thing that could be a challenge is parking, so plan your vehicles accordingly. We walked most of the time as we were only 5 minutes from Main Street and across the street from a shuttle stop, and steps from all the restaurants and shopping we needed. If you have more than 3 cars, you will need to park the 4th+ car in one of the public lots. Speaking of cars, even the 1-car garage was heated so we put our skis and boots on the garage pegs and they stayed warm all night. I can’t say enough good things about this house, and the owners were helpful and quick to answer our many questions. The lighting system is a bit confusing but we mostly figured out the buttons! So far, my favorite stay in Breck!

Awesome property
We totally enjoyed our stay at this home while visiting Breckinridge. The house was in a great location. It was perfect for us and our adult children and their spouses and our 1 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire home was extremely clean.
