You are going to love this gorgeous high-end mountain home! Did we mention it features a 2-car heated garage?

Once you arrive, it'll be hard to leave the views from this home and the deck outside. Don't believe the hype about ski in/ski out condos. It's so nice to escape out of the crowd and have space all to yourself, to enjoy the beauty that Colorado offers. When you stay at this home, there is no such thing as leaving the mountain for the day, the views that abound in this home make you feel like you are immersed in the beauty 24/7.

When we travel, we appreciate a high quality rental home to stay in, and we have worked hard to ensure you will have that same experience here. In our home you will find high end memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, and a well stocked gourmet kitchen! Even the pull-out sleepers are memory foam.

There is a large deck with a gas firepit, a gas grill, and within steps of the deck is our hot tub with incredible mountain views. In the winter, enjoy an apres cocktail on the deck with the fire, or a soak in the hot tub. In the summer, enjoy having space to enjoy those gorgeous views on a blue sky day. They say that people come to Colorado for the winters, but they stay for the summers. This is so true for us! It is exactly why we bought our own home, after enjoying dozens of winters in Colorado, we came out for the first time in the Summer of 2020, and we were SOLD! The summer/early fall months could quite possibly be better than the world renowned skiing this part of the world offers.

This home is located, a short 7 min drive from the south end of Main Street in Breckenridge. Breckenridge has plenty of options for easy parking when you head out to hit the slopes, or just want to visit Main Street for tons of shopping and dining. In the hiking season, this home boasts a short 5 min drive to the most famous peak of the Tenmile Range, Quandary Peak. It is the most popular of the the 14,000 elevation peaks, and its definitely a bragging right to say you've reached the summit.

In the winter months, we recommend renting an all wheel drive car.

The Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In!
By far one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed in- this place was absolutely AMAZING! The house was clean, well decorated, stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds in every room, and plenty of tvs/ entertainment. The views were impeccable and seen anywhere you look. The outdoor deck with hottub & grill were all in great condition and we loved looking at the stars out there. Lastly, the host provided great communication leading up to the stay and during. All around we totally recommend staying here!

Beautiful Cabin!
My husband and I and two friends stayed at this beautiful cabin and it was perfect! We literally have no complaints. The cabin was clean, spacious, but cozy and exactly what we wanted for our winter getaway. The hot tub was perfect for those cold winter days/nights. It was less than a 10 min drive into Breckenridge. One day it snowed all day and the snow plow came through twice to make sure the driveway was clear for us to to leave if we needed to. We had the best time and hope to be back!

Description was accurate. Home is spacious, immaculate and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated that the owner allowed an earlier than normal check in. There were a few cups, bottles and a towel outside around the hot tub which I guess cleaning crew missed. We took care of most of these, but if remnants pop into view as the snow melts, it wasn't us! Overall, house was immaculate and well designed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!!

Great Place, Rough Weekend
Overall we loved the house and it would have been fantastic but unfortunately over the four days, we were only able to use the full amenities Friday evening due to a long power outage and subsequent WiFi outages. Would definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Colorado but have a plan in place for situations like this where you’re not able to easily use the Vrbo app to contact the host. They were very responsive but unfortunately we had to text the management company due to service issues. They were not very helpful. The company was very reactive and only gave updates when we reached out even though they said they would keep us informed. Also, they were apologetic but didn’t offer any solutions for issues we ran into.

Luxury in the Mountains!
This home is absolutely incredible and filled with luxurious touches that made our stay in Breckenridge absolutely wonderful and lovely. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the base of the gondola with lovely views of the mountains in the distance. The master suite is spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower and walk-in closet. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on the lower level that were perfect for our kiddos. The kitchen is open concept and looks onto the family room with plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our time and thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!

Outstanding Mountain Home
My family and I absolutely loved this house. The layout is fantastic and it was one of your favorite homes we've ever stayed in. It's very close to town, the roads were well maintained, and it has great views. Have already recommended it to several of our friends. My wife is a neat/clean freak and this place was immaculate. Highly recommend!

We loved the cabin and the location. The cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. It is only a few miles outside of Breckenridge. If you visit during the winter months make sure you have a 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway.

Beautiful home and great location
Beautiful 3 bedroom home with great amenities. The heated floors were great inside while it was chilly outside. Kitchen was amazing to cook, beds were comfy and pillows were plentiful. Check in process was a bit of a hassle as the passcode for the front door keys was said to be the last 4 of my contact# and arriving at 8pm in the dark and having the passcode not working was a bit aggravating. Thankfully the garage code worked and we were able to gain entry via the garage. Did get in touch with PMI Breck the following day for the correct code to obtain the keys to front door and they were apologetic regarding the issue. Home is a short 10min drive to Main Street in Breck which was beautiful. On checkout which was 10am as we were loading our vehicle about 9:30 a cleaning crew showed up and parked right in the driveway behind our vehicle that was in the garage… as we were asked to park inside. This was also a bit aggravating as we had not even checked out yet and then had to maneuver around their vehicle as they did not offer to move etc. Overall a beautiful trip and great experience. Would stay at this property again with 0 hesitation and just hope the cleaning team would wait until after checkout to show up.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We got to see the fall colors and then the beautiful snow too! Our kids were so excited to play in the snow. We're from the South where we don't get much winter weather. The house was warm and had everything we needed to cook, play and relax together with our family. A piece of heaven!
This was our second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint! The location is optimal to kid friendly hiking and downtown Breck. The property itself is amazing with all the amenities. You are in the mountains which provides breathtaking views, star gazing at night and we even experienced a male moose one morning 3 feet from the deck. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home. We had a vacation of a lifetime with our two boys!

This place is beautiful!! The home is very clean, decorated well, and the amenities are convenient and modern. The views are incredible!! With an entire wall of windows in the bedroom, we woke up to snow-capped mountains every morning. From anywhere in the house you can just sit and enjoy the views. Perfect for Family Vacation
This was the perfect home for our family of 5 to spend a week in the mountains. The home is beautiful and very well maintained, with incredible views of the mountains from the many windows. The home served as the perfect home base for our week of relaxation and adventure. We hiked, played golf and went whitewater rafting, all within one hour of the house. We chose to cook many meals in the very well appointed kitchen. It was stocked with every pot/pan/appliance needed to prepare any meal. There is even a well stocked spice rack built into the cabinets that was appreciated. If you want to go out for meals (which we did too), there were many great options a short 10 minute drive from the house into Breckenridge. We cannot wait to return to the Breckenridge area to stay at this home again. Thank you for everything!
