Amazing

Great location and every detail is taken care of. Attentive host was responsive and helpful to my (many) questions. We arrived before (early) check in time and were able to park. Blizzard rolled in on our checkout day and we were offered to extend our stay (decided against it). Everything you need for a short or extended stay is stocked in the condo. Short walk to the slopes and to town. My wife and I hope to return again (with our kids next time).

10 out of 10 Ski Trip Lodging

Everything about this condo was perfect for our yearly family ski trip. The trip included myself, my fiancé, and 3 of his family members (5 guests total). The check-in process was very easy since I received several emails leading up to the trip with all of the details. We even got to check-in early after contacting the property manager! The 2 parking spaces were convenient and nice to have. The location could not be beat for proximity to the ski resort since it was a short 5 minute walk down the stairs and across the bridge to the Base 9 Chairlift. It was also a short walk to Main Street where there’s shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was clean upon arrival, the view of the ski resort/mountain was beautiful from the patio, there were many extra blankets and towels for use, and there was just enough space for the 5 of us (we had 2 people on the master bed, 1 on the Murphy bed, and 2 on the living room couch pull out). The kitchen was a good size and it was well-equipped with materials. Check-out was very easy and once again Twila was very communicative and also let us check-out late! Overall, the condo was clean, safe, convenient, comfortable, and perfect for a ski trip!

Si bien, la propiedad está bien ubicada y muy bien preparada para alojar al huésped, no está dentro de los parámetros de ski in ski out. El día que llegamos no tenía el mail con la información con las instrucciones para el check in y perdimos más de una hora buscando la propiedad y llamando a la empresa q me alquilo. Y durante nuestra estadía, al solicitar un check Out más tarde y con un buen gesto de que me lo cambiaron de las 10am a las 2pm, me llamaron el EL MISMO DÍA del check out para informarme q el late check out q me habían OTORGADO ya no era posible, estando ya nosotros esquiando con mi familia. Y me dieron una hora para que deje la propiedad. Y como mencioné NO ES SKI IN/ SKI OUT, ESTA A MENOS DE 5 min caminando. Para llegar a los medios hay q ir cargando los esquíes durante 5 min con bajadas y subidas resbalosas. Es peligroso. Por lo demás el departamento está muy bien preparado y es muy cómodo para 4 personas.

Powderhorn perfection!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It’s cozy, comfortable, and the location simply can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Easy access to the slopes and Main Street made our first trip to Breckenridge most memorable. We will be back next year!

Charming and comfortable

We visit Breckenridge every August for 2 weeks, we have stayed many different places. This has been the best. Tucked away so it is quiet. It is very close to walk/ hike all over town. The unit is clean,, comfortable and has beautiful views.

Sweet stay in Breck

This condo was wonderful for my son and me during our get-away weekend. It's like a perfect little treehouse. We enjoyed the easy walk to mountain trails as well as Main Street. Highly recommend.

The owner and the local host were highly accessible and made the check-in and checkout process smooth and easy. Great location. Very short walk to the lift and easy walk to all of the town of Breck. The condo was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay immensely!

This cute little condo could easily accommodate a family of 5 with its Murphy bed & pull out couch. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms also. The owner has thought of everything that you may need for your stay & the instructions included were very helpful. The location is perfect with close proximity to town, ski-in ability & a short east walk to the quicksilver lift. This condo includes 2 parking spaces, one of which is in a heated garage. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

GREAT PRICING AND GREAT LOCATION for both skiing and walking to shoppes/restaurants. If any persons would be in ski school, this condo is at the best ski school location for the mountain. Quicksilver Lift is just a couple hundred yards from the unit. We LOVED having a heated garage for our car while staying. The short walk with skis was super convenient for all of us. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with great cookware (we love to cook, so this was AMAZING for us). Nice view out the sliding glass door and living room windows. Conveniently located close to a grocery store (just a few blocks away). Management was great to answer all our questions and quick to reply if they needed to call back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any small family.

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved how close this place was to the lift. Very convenient if you are coming to ski/snowboard, to be able to walk right over to the lift! This place is very cozy, very clean, and close by town if you want to pop on to main street for a bite to eat or walk around. We had a fabulous time relaxing and enjoying this cozy space, with beautiful views around us.

Powderhorn stay in Breckenridge

My wife and I have been coming to Keystone and Breckenridge since 1991 and this was one of the best stays ever. We have a family of 4 with our 2 daughters. I was looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but then found your 1 bedroom with the murphy bed and 2 bathrooms which is a must for our family. The rate was reasonable as well. The unit is extremely spacious for a family of four. There was plenty of storage and we loved the walk in area for storing our ski gear and changing boots, etc. I rated location at 4 stars only because it is not a true ski in / ski out location. However it is very convenient through the garage to the trail to the Quicksilver lift. We actually stored our skis in our car in the garage so each morning was quite convenient. And(!) on Thursday afternoon we walked out of the garage on our way to town and when opening the door there was a moose about 10 feet from the garage door eating berries. I did rate the overall at 4 stars but I would actually say it should be 4.75 stars. If I had to find faults, I would prefer a walk-in shower in the master (I'm getting older and after a day of skiing I did not like stepping over the bathtub!?!). The dishwasher was a little stubborn about cleaning some of the silverware. And the 2 keys to open the automatic garage door did not work in the regular door to the outside - which my daughters reminded me when we could not get back in after seeing the moose. We had to walk by him rather rapidly. All of this is minor, I would definitely love to stay here again so please do not be discouraged by the 4 star overall rating. I loved the side window looking outward to peaks 6 and 7 in the morning. My wife would get up early each morning to see the sunrise beaming on those peaks and just sit on the sofa while we were getting ready. Loved the proximity to town, did not use our car much once we settled in. Only spoke to Twilla once on the day of our arrival. She was extremely polite and courteous so I was confident from our conversation she would be helpful upon any issues. Thank you for making your condo available.
