Just minutes away from Main St Breckenridge and located in Historic Downtown! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is in the perfect location for year round activities. In the winter, you have a 10 minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and the free shuttle stop right out front. Located in the heart of the historic district, this condo is located less than 2 blocks to Main St in the middle of downtown. Quiet building tucked away in a quaint residential area just minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars of downtown Breckenridge.

This updated condominium includes a generous living area with 2 story vaulted ceilings, slate stone gas fireplace, a bay window with seating, a large gourmet kitchen with all the tools to cook from home, but you are so close to downtown that you will probably want to enjoy the many restaurants and breweries Breckenridge has to offer. The open kitchen has granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all cookware needed for gourmet meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with table seating 8.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom with glass shower. Bedroom 2 on the main level has a Queen size bed, and full bathroom in hall with shower and bathtub. Upstairs is a spacious loft area that doubles as a second living area or perfect hang out spot for kids with a Flat screen TV, DVD, games and books plus sleeping area with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds (4 full size beds total) plus a queen futon sleeper. Brand new beds and mattresses. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with glass shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Complex has underground heated parking, indoor pool and hot tub. There is one reserved parking space provided in the heated garage and one additional first come parking space outside building. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Building has a spacious outdoor central courtyard with plenty of tables and seating for a quiet outdoor garden area in the summer to read, enjoy a meal or relax. There is a small outdoor deck with gas grill, and chairs to take in the view of the 10 Mile Range and Buffalo Mountain. This tastefully decorated condo is the perfect place to explore Breckenridge.

2nd: Queen, full bathroom in hall
Loft: 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds (4 Queen size beds total), queen size futon bed, full bathroom

Summer trip with family
Condo was a nice size for 6 people. Everyone had their own space and the three bathrooms were nice. It was a little unsettling to see that someone had entered the house and moved things around outside on the balcony while we weren’t there. We were never notified that would be happening. Outside of that it was a great location right near downtown and in a good neighborhood. I would stay there again for sure.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms. Our two young kids slept up in the loft with the bunk beds—the only issue was that the sound from the tv in the living room downstairs carried up to the loft, so it was tricky for us to watch tv in the living room after the kids went to bed. Very easy walk to Main Street with young kids. Pool and hot tub were great. Also wish they had a few boxes of tissues😂

Stayed with ages 11 to 73. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Walk to Gondola not too bad. Garage very good with 2 lifts. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of plates, glasses etc

Family ski vacation
Unit we stayed in was showing its age. Everything felt dated, there was paint chipping, and just generally needed a refresh. Appliances were good. Location was also nice with the bus nearby. The amenities could also have used a refresh - the pool area had several burnt out lightbulbs. Finally, there was nowhere to keep our skis because the ski locker was used by the owner which was not previously communicated.

The property was perfect for the four of us. Great location both to town and to the gondola. The bus was just a a few steps down the street. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the fireplace. Our two biggest suggestions are to remove the table in the main sitting area for more space and to provide some sort of speaker so that we could play music.

Definitely met our needs. Convenient to gondola either by walking or the Free Ride bus stop just steps away. Suggest upgrading the cable package to high definition on the 65-inch TV in the living room. Had to watch the Super Bowl standard definition which reduced the size and quality of the picture substantially.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It is located 2 blocks off the Main Street in Breckenridge and only 5 blocks from the Peak 8 gondola. It was incredible well stocked in the kitchen and there were tons of towels, humidifiers and other things that you might need. The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful after a long day of skiing. I would absolutely come back and stay at this unit.
