We were hoping to have a creek view like it showed on our Expedia room choice but it did not. Also disappointed there was no AC and we had to sleep with sliding door open in bedroom. There were loud people near the pool area until 1 am so it was either be hot or not sleep due to the noise. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would help.

Was shocked we were expected to pay extra ourselves for clean towels, to have our room cleaned above our room charge. Never coming back…we have come before and brought others to this nice hotel but again these extra costs were ridiculous. Who does that. Shame on you.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge very much. Beautiful fall foliage all around and great walking access to the town. We stayed in both the hotel room and the one bedroom condo (ended up making a reservation for an extra two nights) and the one bedroom condo was well worth it comparatively.

My condo needs to be updated. The bathroom toilet is too old and too low and the bed is so high that I had to jump in. Also, I would’ve loved to been able to open the drapes, but it just showed out to the other side so being by myself, I did not feel comfortable other than that. It was fine for the price

Our favorite hotel

Best location, right next to the river and the running water sounds was very soothing. 2 minutes walk from Main At. Everything is within 2 minutes walk. Underground parking is wonderful! Very clean property. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Front desk lady was amazing. She was very nice, professional and helpful. Other staff members were amazing. So many hot tubs to choose from.

We were traveling September for a hiking trip so I will not be able to comment on skiing. The staff are phenomenal and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. The unit was very well appointed and recently updated. We had an accident in our rental car on the day of checkin(with a bull elk). We were very shaken and they let us check in early and took very good care of us! We will always remember their kindness. Do not hesitate to reserve time here!

My room was quite dated and a bit shabby. One reason for the poor review was that when I first checked in, my room key did not work. The front desk person noted that there was some frustration on part of the staff because they had alerted maintenance that there were quite a few similar issues like this and they were only managing them one by one instead of replacing all the batteries. (that was the issue). The biggest issue was the room was freezing. The staff was kind enough to get me a space heater but when I plugged it in, it read 55 degrees and took quite awhile to warm up the room. The first time I called, I was told the heat would not be on until the next day due to 'cost saving measures.' Then that evening I was told that it wouldn't be on until NOVEMBER. The outlet in my bathroom didn't work either (and I checked the GFI button) so maintenance came and fixed it. And they did turn on the heat the second day. It was a pretty miserable stay and I plan to ask for a refund of the first night due to no heat.
