After a few runs at Breckenridge Ski Resort, it’s time for lunch. If you’re staying in Ski Hill Condo, there’s no need buy an expensive meal on the mountain. Just pop your skis off at the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run and walk half a block back to your condo! Then, walk across the street and hop on the Gondola and catch some more runs. This condo is perfectly located; you and your group will love it! You’ll also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub!

Ski Hill Off Piste Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight, that offers a great location with all the amenities you want and expect from a ski vacation condo. It’s in a prime location just one block from Downtown Breckenridge and across the street from the Gondola (about 100 yards) and the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run.
Inside, the condo is well designed with a comfortable living area with new furniture, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that let plenty of natural light. There’s a spacious dining room with a gorgeous dining room table that seats six with room for two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a memorable meal in the mountains or prepare some hors d'oeuvres for your gang before you go hit the town.
The Ski Hill complex also features elevators to access your condo and complimentary Wi-Fi. And as with all SMR properties, there is complimentary Wi-Fi and the home is stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. Great location close to gondola and ski back. Humidifiers, fans, and many other little amenities made our stay much nicer. Had a hard time sleeping in the bunked queen beds as there's very little ventilation so the air gets quite warm. No windows in that bedroom.

Great location, nice building amenities, unit itself interior needs attention
The location is great. The building is well-maintained, hot tub is good, and ski locker is indoors, heated, and large. The unit itself needs attention. Pros: enough living and dining seating for 6 people. Cons- Bedding is old. Pillows are either flat or lumpy. At least 2 of the 3 comforters have holes. A improperly put together kitchen stool fell apart when my 100lb daughter sat on it. (My husband re-installed the loose hardware to the best of his ability). There were no extra lightbulbs, and the single bulb in one of the bathrooms was out for the final 3 days of our stay. We were also lacking the other bathroom for the first 24 hours- we arrived to find the toilet covered in a black plastic bag and a property manager at our door investigating water leaking into the unit below. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. It lacks a griddle, leftover storage, potholders, and basic consumables (foil, oil etc.). Mgmt. brought a slow cooker and extra wine glasses at my request (I had asked about the cooker before arrival, & only 1 wine glass was present at arrival). I don’t expect perfection and regularly give 5 stars to properties. This unit is the exception. Terrible bedding and 4 days of not-fully-functional bathrooms (out of 6) are major problems. Constant issues requiring communication with mgmt. makes for a stressful vacation. A little attention would go a long way here.

You couldn’t ask for a better location-just minutes from downtown and from the free gondola that takes you up to the slopes. The communication with management both before we arrived and after we were in our condo was excellent. The condo was clean and the layout was great for our family. Ww will definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Wonderful visit!
We came in for Oktoberfest with our kids and this was a perfect property! The location is a short walk from Main Street and the nearby park.
For other families i will say that I’ve seen different definitions of fully stocked kitchens in many properties, so to clarify there is only salt and pepper as far as spices in a cupboard (bring what you need) and I didn’t see a variety of cooking dishes or many pots/pans, but it had what we needed for our lovely visit. The beds are super comfortable and it was convenient and easy all around. We would for sure stay here again!

Great for skiing trip with family
Location was great. Shuttle stop right outside of our building (elan building) taking us to peak 8 or peak 9. At nights, walk to the Main Street was 5 minutes. The shuttle stop was one of the first stops so the bus was almost empty and we could sit every time. At the end of skiing, we could ski all the way to the gondola underpass. From there it is only 5 minutes walk to the elevator of the building. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Fireplace, great heating, and great view from the balcony. The TV system had all apps like Netflix, Prime video, etc. we could use with our own accounts for entertainment. It was a great ski trip overall, we would definitely like to go back and stay at this unit again.

Great place
The place is right on the corner and easy access for walking downtown. It is very nice, furnished well and very accommodating for a family. The main bedroom has a nice queen size bed and they Is a beautiful bunkbed that seemed to be oversized and both my teenage sons were very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen and made a lovely meal as well. We did not have a chance to use the pool or the hot tub but they seem very nice.

Great place to stay in Breck with family or a small group of friends. Super close to both downtown as well as the bus stop where you can catch the Yellow or Black lines to the lifts. Thanks for having us.
