Covid-19 safety: Our cleaners will wear masks and disinfect all high touch areas and fresh linens will be turned over with each rental. Our unit has an open air stairway and entrance. The town of Breckenridge has lifted all mask requirements but certain businesses may still require use of a mask.

Non-Smoking, large one bedroom, two bath condominium with spacious sleeping loft bedroom is situated on ski run. Ski to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Top floor and only one common wall makes for a quiet location (Sorry no elevator!!).

Unit has heated garage, and one extra parking spot in front of garage. The garage is large enough to park a standard SUV such as a Ford Explorer.

Large windows with southeast view. Watch the sun come up over Mount Baldy from the kitchen table. Fantastic views of Mount Baldy from the large deck. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. New large high-top dining table, seats six, ceramic floor and counters.

Master bedroom with queen bed. Master Bedroom window opens up to Sawmill Creek which is very relaxing in the summer/fall.

Gas fireplace and full bathroom on main level. Spacious loft has three full-size beds. Second bathroom with shower in loft. Loft also has its own TV and DVD player.

Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.

It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from mid/late September until opening ski weekend and from mid April until Memorial Day.

Note to summer visitors, our condo like most all in Breck does not have AC. July is the warmest month and the temperature rarely gets above 75 and evening/night temps are in the 50s. We have plenty of fans.

Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December. The snowflake lift usually closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions. Access to Peak 8 after that is via bus or the gondola.

We highly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel or have trip a interruption. Previous guests have had really good luck with Travel Guard as they offer different plans, i.e. "cancel for any reason").

Wonderful Place!
I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Also very conveniently located to downtown and just a quick trip on the bus or gondola up to the ski slopes! I'll certainly look for this property on my next trip to Breck!

Perfect location for the week leading up to our daughter’s wedding. We were blocks away from downtown Breck and 8 min from venue! The garage was a huge plus for us as we had a lot to pick up for the wedding and store before we could get to the venue! Suzanne and Jim were very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Location
The location is beautiful and the unit was very clean. We especially liked having a garage to keep our motorcycle gear since it was three flights of stairs up to the unit. When you come from lower elevations it took a few days to get used to climbing the stairs. :) We enjoyed our time in Colorado very much.

Right Place for Perfect Vacation
We give it our highest ranking. Your day starts on a balcony with the sun rising over the Rockies. Cook your own breakfast in a fully stockpiled kitchen. Walk to the ski lift or a short, sweet trail along a creek, or hop in your car for several more trails within half an hour. Downtown is also full of fun and less than 10 minutes away. Best of all, Suzanne & Jim are wonderfully responsive hosts! Howard & Diana

Great Condo at a Great Location in Breckenridge
It was nice having a dedicated garage space, so there were no parking issues. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the lift (200 steps) was AWESOME!!

We had a great stay for our spring break ski trip. The loft was perfect for our triplet teen boys. The location was great. We walked across the street to the lift and skied right into the parking lot. It was also a quick easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Our hoists were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Great Value
This is a great place and excellent value if you are looking for something to just get you close to the mountain and don't mind "bunking in" a bit. The one bedroom is good for 2 people and the loft is good for 3 people. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice. The lifts are just a couple of minutes away and the place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Definitely recommend.

This was perfect location & set up for us! It was also very clean and had everything we needed. Be aware you have to walk up 4 flights of outdoor stairs in case someone in your party has mobility issues but it was absolutely no problem for us!

Winter Vacation
We enjoyed our time at Four O'Clock. For our family of four the location was perfect and was as described. We walked to dinner and to town. The Snowflake lift is close and easy to use. With the Four O'Clock run open we were able to ski right back to the condo for lunch and the end of the day. The communication was good from Jim and Suzanne. We would recommend Four O'Clock and hope to come back in the future.

A wonderful home away from home!
The condo was perfect, everything we had hoped for. Jim and Suzanne were in communication with us throughout entire trip. The condo was exactly as described in posting. It was clean, warm and fully stocked with everything one could need. The location is great, it is very close to Snowflake lift which takes you to the greens that lead to peak 8 and 9 lifts. The 4 O' clock trail comes right into back of condo. Breckenridge main business district is just about a 4 or 5 minute walk away. there are 3 bus stops just a couple of minutes away. The buses will get you anywhere in town for free and run from 8 am till 11:30 pm. I would definitely recommend this place! Jerry Duke Wichita Falls TX

Beautiful Stay in the Mountains
The condo was located perfectly from walking distance to downtown and the ski lift. There are trails right behind the condo about twenty feet away. Jim was extremely helpful, offering advice on daily activities. They are wonderful hosts and we appreciate their hospitality.

Perfect condo, location, and incredibly helpful owners!
Everything about our stay was amazing, thanks to Suzanne and Jim. They allowed us to check in early, which was really helpful after a long day of traveling. Their check-in instructions were so helpful, they even included restaurant recommendations (all of which were awesome). Their helpfulness didn’t stop at the check-in procedures either. Suzanne made sure to message me after the first day to tell me the best way to get to the lifts and home again after skiing. I can’t wait to come back to this condo. Fantastic stay and amazing owners!
First, the views and location of this property are amazing. Ending the day looking off the balcony as the sunset was fantastic. This was a perfect property for my family of 4 - my 15 and 10 year-olds loved the loft. On day 2 they were already talking about how we needed to stay again! Suzanne and Jim were accommodating and proactively reached out to see if we had any questions. They also provided ideas for activities that were on point for my family. Cannot say enough good things about the experience - it was a fantastic family vacation stay.
