With hills made for walking, countryside made for the perfect escape, activities for the adventurous and festivals for unadulterated enjoyment you will be captivated by the area. This marvellous attached barn conversion has a wealth of rustic features from flagstone floors to original beams, there is a wood burner in the upstairs living room where the views are splendid, on the ground floor there is a games living room and an en-suite master bedroom with four poster bed. The enclosed lawned garden has flower borders and garden furniture. Hay-on-Wye, known as the "second hand book capital of the world" is 5 miles away with excellent restaurants, antique shops and glorious fishing. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
