ALTIDO is delighted to welcome you to Brecon Beacons Barn, a unique detached barn set within acres of countryside near the village of Sennybridge in South Wales. Attractions nearby include Brecon Beacons National Park and Pen-y-Fan mountain. Set across 2 floors, the property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a kitchen and a dining area. The barn also boasts a fully-equipped gym, an enclosed garden, a terrace, a hot tub and an annexe. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. Parking is available onsite.

OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA
Spacious in size, the seating area is furnished with 2 sofas, a woodburner (logs included) and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an Aga, a gas wok burner, a steam oven and a dishwasher. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. There is a fully-equipped gym at your disposal.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and offer a sharing en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in the annexe, furnished with a double bed alongside an additional bathroom. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Outdoor facilities include an enclosed garden with lawns to the front and side and a terrace at the rear with a hot tub. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are also available seasonally.

The property is located near Sennybridge, a quintessential Welsh village offering numerous pubs and services. The town of Brecon is also nearby, complete with a cathedral, a regimental museum, a cinema, mountaineering shops and bike hire. Hay-on-Wye is a favourite, with independent stores, cafes, bike hire and a weekly Thursday morning market. Attractions nearby include Brecon Beacons National Park, The National Showcave Centre, Craig-y-Nos Country Park, Dan yr Ogof caves, Cantref Adventure Farm and Pen-y-Fan mountain. The nearest supermarket is in Brecon which is 20-30 mins away. There is a garage in Sennybridge which sells essentials.

Kindly note that you will need a car to get around given the remote location of the barn. Parking is available onsite.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight.

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
