In der Ferienwohnung waren die Betten sehr veraltet - das Bettzeug schon teilweise gelb. In der Dusche Schimmel und kalt, die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Und von Sauberkeit war auch nicht viel zusehen, Spinnweben, Staub auf den Regalen...

Sehr enttäuschend.
Die Angaben der Hausnummer im Netz zur eigentlichen FEWO wurde trotz Wissens von Seiten der Inhaber nicht geändert, somit kommt man erstmal am falschen Objekt an. Nach mehreren Telefonaten sind wir endlich am richtigen Objekt angekommen. Schlüsselübergabe ist 16 km entfernt! Das Ankommen in der FeWo/Appartement NR. 13 "Wikinger" hat uns schlichtweg mehr als enttäuscht, was die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung, StarterSet (Mülltüten, WC Papier, SpülmaschinenTabs), betraf. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur mit Möbeln überfüllt, zugestellt und abgewohnt. Sämtliche Möbel sind kurz vor dem Auseinanderfallen. Auf der Küchenzeile befinden sich Unmengen an Kartons von Ersatzmaschinen, welche unserer Meinung dort nichts zu suchen haben. Kabel der Nachttischlampe birgt Unfallgefahr, da die Drähte frei lagen. Die Verblendungen der Schubladen in der Küche fallen einem schon entgegen, Spinnweben und schmutzige Fenster überall. Ganz abzusehen von dem Wohnzimmertisch, welcher seine beste Zeit wohl um 1985 erlebt hat, da die komplette Furnierung zerrissen ist und sich löst! Die Schlafmatratzen sind nur aus Spannfedern von einer dünnen Schaumgummiauflage ummantelt. Der Warmwasserboiler macht was er will... für Kinder sehr gefährlich, da kurzer Hand kochendes Wasser kommt oder auch lange Zeit nur kaltes. Das WC ist eine Zumutung: dunkel verkalkt, der Deckel liegt einem permanent am Rücken. Fazit: Erholungsfaktor negativ und auf keinen Fall buchen! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unangemessen. Bilder können wir bei Bedarf gerne angefordert werden. Eine Preisminderung/Nachlass wäre angemessen. Im übrigen haben wir die NachbarAppartements gesehen und diese waren einfach nur wunderschön, sauber, neu und qualitativ hochwertig.

Die Stubentischfolie löst sich - Verletzungsgefahr, Türklinke hat man in der Hand und der Toaster löst Haussicherung aus, Büchsenöffner defekt, wichtig bei Schlüssel Übergabe- Telefonnummer auf richtigkeit vergleichen ansonsten sauber.

Das Apartment ist schmudelig, viel zu voll gestellt mit dem riesigen Sofa, Wonzimmertisch ist Sperrmüll reif, die Küchenutensilien müssten Grundgereinigt werden. Der Duchrchlauferhitzer funktioniert nicht richtig (einstellrad abgebrochen). Platzdeckchen total verdreckt. Postiv ist die wunderschöne Insel Rügen mit den wunderbaren Sandstränden
