This house ("Wäller Haus") was built in 2020.
Through the many large windows you experience nature indoors.

Disability Access: The entire ground floor (incl. bathroom) has no thresholds and door openings are 81cm wide.

In the carport there is a charging point for an electric car. If you want to make use of this,this is possible if booked in advance. Please contact us for the current price.

The kitchen and living room is one open space (approx. 50 m2). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, wine glases, utensils, etc. for a dinner with friends an family. For breakfast there is a teapot and 3 types of coffeemakers (Senseo, Italian press/Moka pot & French press)
For the smaller children there is a High chair ("Tripp Trapp") and toys.
In the living room you can also find books and all kinds of board games.

The "Loftroom" (3rd bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed) is a smaller, not completely enclosed space. It is located on the upper floor, next to the spacious master bedroom (king size bed 180 x 200). The 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the back garden .
