Overall the stay was good. Only complaint were the half pillows that were on the bed. They were not comfortable at all. Other than that, the stay was good. Will stay again but will bring my own pillow.

The stay was fine, given the fact it was last minute due to another hotel canceling our reservation 3 days prior. However, we had to ask for sheets, pillows for the couch bed and the room was hot when we arrived around 9pm. Otherwise, it was fine.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. The chair and carpet and big stains on them and the desk/office chair was peeling. The hot tub was cold which was a big bummer.

Most everything was good and nice. One small issue, however. That was the possibility of bed bugs or at least two. None bit me, but I may have encountered two in the morning of my one night stay. Probably should have brought it to the attention of the morning desk person.

Was not impressed with the breakfast choices. Something bit or stung my husband during the night leaving huge red whelps which we are now treating. No service to room or linen changes which we understand is the policy.

The tv stand cabinet was broke in our room with the door hanging off. The AC was humid hot and took a long time to cool. The pillows smelled soured! There was mascara stains on the towels (not sure if they were stains or used!). Check in equipment wasn’t working and the lady took a photocopy of my drivers license which made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again!

The first room we were assigned had visible mold throughout the room, dirty bed linens and a dirty/stained mattress. The second room we were assigned was musty and had bugs crawling all over the walls and ceiling! The property was absolutely disgusting.

Overall my stay way just OK. The staff was ok also, not rude just average. My biggest complaint was that the room was not that clean. The carpet was dirty and the furniture was well worn in and unkempt. I wish the rooms could have been cooler the a/c didn’t seem to get very cold. Being that the hotel wasn’t very full, I feel that the staff should be mindful of placing families above someone that’s on the first floor. We were placed by a room on the first floor that was near a side door that was broken, there was no need to use the access card because the door stayed open all the time. Things that I did like was that the beds were comfortable and the linen appeared to be clean. The tv and the selection available was decent also. I will be looking elsewhere next year.
