Elevator sounded loud I was afraid it would stay stuck every time I would use it , the first young girl at the counter was very nice and made the check in easy , on my check out day an older lady was in the front desk she was looking at us in a very rude manner , made me feel very uncomfortable,

The beds were comfortable. Shower was nice. Towels were nice. Really no complaint about the room. Just the breakfast was horrible. Stale cereal. Horrible sausage. Hard bagels. Moldy blueberry muffin.

I have NEVER experienced the lack of service for this trip as we did. The property was overbooked, and the property called us and canceled our stay 3 days prior to arrival with no other communication. I purchased the trip insurance and reached out to Expedia and still with the chat and email from Expedia, we did NOT get our money back from either Expedia or the hotel. This is POOR customer service and someone needs to look into why the lack of communication and clarification between Expedia and the property was this bad! I do NOT recommend this property and after this, I will NOT be using Expedia!

Large rooms, great price.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, price was good. A quiet place for families to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool even though water seemed murky. Adults were disappointed hot tub was not warm

Wet and miserable
We slept well, but everything was constantly wet in the room from humidity and moisture. Walls, desk, floor, headboard, all wet. Curtains had mildew and mold on ceiling in bathroom. Bathroom was not very clean and vent dripped water. We had the Ac running but it did not help with moisture.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Knew we were in trouble as soon as we got off the elevator, carpet in hall was very dirty and stained, First step in the room and there was an awful smell of urine, carpet dirty, tables were dirty and sticky. Went down and asked for another room. It was a little better, but didn't want to touch anything. I checked bed for bugs and there was hair on the mattress pad on both beds. Just awful.
