Casa Margherita is located in Zignago di Brenzone, in a very panoramic and very quiet area.
The beach is 1500 meters away but can also be reached with a 600/800 meters long path.
The house is a typical local house built of stones and wood. It consists of a total of 6 apartments each
with independent entrance.
The apartment n. 3 (max 4 people) is located on the second floor. The entrance is on the first floor of the house, the same
floor of the terrace shared with another apartment. The apartment has a spacious bedroom
with two beds, a bathroom with shower, separate living room and kitchen but separated by a couple of steps and one
railing. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a TV. The kitchen is large and has a fridge,
freezer, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and table and chairs for six people. The ceiling of the apartment is all with
exposed beams.
In a closet there is a washing machine, an ironing board, iron and n. 2 mattresses for the deck chairs in the garden.

The terrace is located on the first floor of the house and has two tables with chairs, it is shared with another
similar apartment located on the first floor.
The garden is very large and well-kept. From the garden, from the terrace and from the windows of the apartment you can admire the
the needle.
