Ocean view compensates for shortcomings.
The ocean view makes up for any shortcomings, however the shower hose is awkard and only gives a relatively low pressure. There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables.
Really nice hotel. The view from our room window was on to a small beach and hotel gardens.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only downside to the hotel was there was no restaurant open during our weekend stay.
Good place but they charged me additional breakfas
The location was excellent if you are having busy in the area, but if you want to visit the city, then it is remote. However, you can take the bus and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel.
The only thing I didn’t like about my stay is that I was charged for additional breakfast (my day of arrival), when I didn’t have breakfast. The guy at the reception didn’t speak English, and no matter what I did to explain that I didn’t eat breakfast in that day and that I’m over charged didn’t work.
I had to absorb it.
Out of town location convenient for accessing the Techopole campus. Plenty of parking and away from traffic. Nearby brasserie wasn’t open for evening meals, nor was Hotel du Bois at St Anne’s Plage but regular No 2 bus into centre of Brest. Pleasant walking along coastal path

This hotel has a great location. It has a walking path to the beach. Hospitality was top notch. The hotel offers a rather nice breakfast. It was just a bit shabby.

Nice view, bad breakfast
Location was convenient for business meetings nearby and had lovely bay view, but no ocean access. Breakfast was disappointing, limited choices, no hot or fresh items.

Nice view but far from everything, bad breakfast
Breakfast was not good at all, 10 euros for a very limited selection of prepackaged items, no fresh breads, meats and cheeses, eggs, or any hot items at all; atypical even for a continental breakfast. Very disappointing. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb sign and entered room anyway; moved items around unnecessarily while cleaning (e.g. unplugged phone charger from the wall and moved it across the room, why??). Hallways and elevator had disagreeable odors of cigarettes and urine. Rooms were clean and fresh though. Older building and decor. In an industrial area, no restaurants or cultural/recreational activities nearby. Was very convenient for our business meetings and nice view of bay, quiet.
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from 3rd June to 6th June. The staff was excellent. Spoke very good english and helped me in directions to Technopole Campus and called up taxi on my behalf.
Service freundlich, jedoch lange Wartezeit nötig beim Check-in/Check-out.
Superbe emplacement, chambre spacieuse.
