Ground floor in quiet dead-end street with 3 bedrooms.....3 bathrooms.
bedroom 1: 1.40 bed in the bedroom separated by a curtain bathroom shower room with corner shower, sinks and its furniture, washing machine....refurbished in 2021.
bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 a closet.
bedroom 3: completely redone with creation of an adjoining bathroom
1.60 bed, a TV, 1 closet, a dressing table.
In the adjoining bathroom 1 sink 1 walk-in shower small storage unit a toilet a towel dryer.
A separate bathroom with 2 sinks a walk-in shower, a towel dryer.
A mezzanine with sofa bed and TV.
A separate toilet.
A large veranda (25m2) On one side the dining area rectangular table 6 place settings.
On the other side relaxation area 2 rattan armchairs and a corner sofa.

Tout était parfait, de la remise des clés à la fin du séjour. Maison très agréable et au calme. Rien ne manque, bien au contraire, un choix de vaisselle très important... Semaine parfaite.

Très belle maison il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison pour se sentir comme chez soi j’ai eu un souci avec la location des vélos que j’ai loué pour deux semaines 100 euros par semaine et vu l’état des vélos c’est cher payé car à Bretignolles-sur-Mer un loueur de vélos c’est 94 euros la semaine et les vélos sont très bien entretenu et en plus ils ont l’assistance électrique à part ce détail tout était parfait

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen
Wir haben hier 2 Wochen zusammen mit unseren beiden volljährigen Kindern verbracht. In den beiden Zimmern mit den Bädern hatten unsere Kinder ihren "Privatbereich", was zur allgemein entspannten Situation beitrug. Da wir ohnehin nicht gut damit zurecht kommen, uns ein französisches Bett zu teilen, war das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten für uns OK. Diese sind jedoch eher für Kinder oder leichtere Personen geeignet, bei einem der Betten könnte der Lattenrost mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Zimmer ist zudem sehr eng. Trotzdem haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Bäder und die Küche sind neu und modern ausgestattet, alle drei Bäder verfügen über einen Fön. Die Küche ist die am besten ausgestattete, die wir je in einer Ferienunterkunft vorgefunden haben. Es gibt alles, um ausgiebig der Kochlust zu frönen, wenn man das möchte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Zum Meer sind es wrnige Gehminuten. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene schöne Strände, die auch im August nicht völlig überfüllt sind. Direkt beim Haus ist die Küste felsig. Das "Haus" ist eigentlich eine Doppelhaushälfte, was wir dem Angebot nicht entnommen hatten. Der nicht sehr große Garten ist nicht einsehbar, die oft lauten, nahen Geräusche der Nachbarn wurden durch die Hecken aber natürlich nicht aufgehalten. Das war recht störend. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Unterkunft Natur- und Meerliebhabern, denen Privatsphäre wichtig ist.

Belle location au calme
Très belle location, maison semi-moderne bien équipé avec beaucoup d'options pour s'asseoir à l'intérieur, dans la veranda ainsi que dehors. La maison étant située dans un cul-de-sac il y fait très calme. Magasin de saison relativement proche ainsi qu'une très bonne crêperie. Propriétaire super sympa et serviable.

un séjour parfait
Nous avons été enchantées de cette semaine passée à BRETIGNOLLES-SUR-MER dans une maison décorée avec goût et remplie de générosité dans la mise à disposition de tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin. Rien ne manque. Les espaces intérieurs sont agencés de façon optimale et fonctionnelle. La véranda est un vrai plus. Le jardin fleuri avec toutes ses roses est un régal pour les yeux dans un petit lotissement très calme. La proximité de la mer et de petits commerces sont de réels atouts. Nous avons, également, pu découvrir la région à vélos et avons apprécié la très belle balade jusqu'à SAINT-GILLES-CROIX-DE-VIE par la piste cyclable. Nous adressons tous nos remerciements à la Propriétaire, très réactive, à notre écoute et qui a su nous faire plaisir en nous permettant de profiter de l'après-midi avant notre départ. Très bonne adresse à retenir ;)

Schönes Ferienhaus
Ein schönes sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Der Wintergarten ist besonders schön. Schade nur, dass kein deutscher Fernsehsender zu empfangen war. Wir haben auch überlesen, dass Strom außer Juli/August extra zu bezahlen ist. Natürlich unsere Schuld. Ansonsten haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus
Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, Haus in ruhiger, aber noch zentraler Lage in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Ausstatung lässt keine Wünsche offen; Küche vollständig eingerichtet, viele Ruheplätze im haus und im großen Garten. Der Wintergarten mit Esstisch und Sitzecke ist wunderbar. Alles ist auf mindestens 6 Personen abgestimmt. Hervorzuheben sind die drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche und die beiden WC, selten in Frankreich. Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen 4 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus
Wir haben uns mit unseren 4 Kindern (Alter zwischen 19 und 11 Jahre) rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Besonders über die 3 Duschen (je Schlafzimmer eine) haben wir uns alle gefreut. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht, selten haben wir so viel Geschirr und Besteck in einem Feriendomizil vorgefunden wie hier. Alles war sehr sauber. In der Garage gab es viele Fahrräder und auch Werkzeug, super. Wir haben 4 Räder gemietet. Diese müssten allerdings besser gepflegt (und teilweise auch repariert) werden für den Preis. Da der fußläufige Badestrand nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet ist, haben wir die kleineren Radtouren zu wunderschönen Stränden auf tollen Radwegen wirklich sehr genossen. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Propreté irréprochable, équipement complet et situation formidable près de la mer pour les balades en vélo. Idéal pour couple et trois gdes ados avec ses 3 salles de bain. Parfait
Maison très bien équipée et très bien agencée tout en étant atypique dans la disposition des pièces. A la fois cocooning et prête à recevoir 6 personnes avec confort. La propriétaire est très disponible et très gentille. Elle a à cœur qu'on aime sa maison c'est évident. Convient parfaitement à 2 ou 3 couples d'amis aussi bien qu'à deux personnes ( nous) pour prendre nos aises. Excellent rapport qualité prix, silence bienvenu, couchage de très bonne qualité on dort tard sans bruit aux alentours. Sauf la mer 🙂 à quelques mn à pied, la côte un peu sauvage, très accessible grâce au chemin piétonnier qui longe toutes les plages et la piste cyclable idem. Louez les vélos sur place vous ne serez pas déçus cest un vrai plus. Belle véranda meublée pour les jours nuageux, jardin très agréable, assez petit de visu mais pas d'inquiétude parfait pour apéritif dehors ( grande table ronde), ou dîner, transats, salon de jardin. Voisinage très discret. Très belles discussions avec la propriétaire à l'arrivée et au départ. N'oubliez pas de compléter son livre d'or...qui nous raconte les débuts de la transformation de cette maison avec amour.

tout est parfait vaisselle en quantite et variee literie parfaite appareils menagers au top rien a redire sur cette villa et ses equipements .sauf 2 petits points un ventilateur dans la veranda serait le bien venu et le barbecue un petit amenagement pour pouvoir placer la grille de cuisson a differentes hauteurs sinon tout etait parfait.je pense que je reviendrai dans cette belle villa.

Villa Bretignolles
Die Lage des Hauses zum Meer ist optimal. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet bzgl. Geschirr, Töpfe etc. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Badezimmer sind neu und mit begehbaren Duschen ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig.

Séjour très agréable, idéal à vélo
Cette location est très bien située : au calme, pas trop près du centre ville, tout en restant très accessible. Les vélos proposés permettent d'aller facilement à la plage. L'équipement intérieur dépasse celui attendu d'une maison de vacances.
