The hotel is located in the center of a small, quiet town. the center stands out for its special architecture with cozy cafes. inexpensive covered parking. I recommend to all.

The property has been recently updated. It is very clean, and the staff, while small, is very nice and helpful. The rooms have modern ambient lighting that adds a nice touch to the space. The hotel is centrally located within the small city of Bretten and close to the Bretten train/tram station. Great for business or for tourism. The breakfast in the morning was delightful.

Schönes Hotel, leider Pech mit dem Zimmer .
Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Wir hatten nur leider ein Zimmer im Keller, das Zimmer war auch sehr abgenutzt. Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal dort, aber so ein abgenutztes Zimmer hatten wir noch nie.

Es wäre ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen, hätten wir nicht zufällig erfahren, dass fremde Hotelgäste nach unserem Check-in Zugang zu unserem Hotelzimmer und dementsprechend zu unseren persönlichen Dingen und Wertsachen bekommen haben. Wie das passieren kann, ist mir bis jetzt ein Rätsel. Die Krönung des Aufenthaltes kam dann, als wir um 3 Uhr Nachts nach einer Feier feststellten, dass unsere Zimmerkarten nicht mehr funktionierten und wir nach Rücksprache mit der Zentrale, die Notfallrufnummer aus der Rezeption wählen sollten und nach langem Warten (kurz vor 4, fasst 1 Std. später) unsere Karten wieder aktiviert wurden und wir erst dann in die zimmer rein kamen, da sich die Mitarbeiterin des Hotels nicht direkt im/am Hotel aufgehalten hatte. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges bis zum heutigen Tag erhalten. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück. Für mich persönlich ist das das schlimmste was mir je in einem Hotel passiert ist. Echt inakzeptabel!!!
