This three bedroom Stickney Circle condo sleeps up to 8 (4 adults and 4 children in bunk beds) and is perfectly located in the Mount Washington Hotel resort complex. Gorgeous views of the mountain can be viewed from the living room, bedroom and spacious deck!

Experience skiing at NH's largest resort, dog sledding, snowmobiling, golfing, tennis, hiking, rock climbing, tubing, horse back riding, carriage rides and the opportunity to indulge yourself with the services at the spa are just some of your options.

The living room has two comfy sofas and a gas fireplace for chilly nights. The dining table sits 6 and there are four counter stools, so there is plenty of eating space for your group. The master bedroom features a King Bed with an in suite bath. There is a Queen Sized Bed in the second bedroom and a double set of bunk beds in the third.

The condo comes completely furnished and includes two large flat screen televisions. WiFi and cable are included. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there is an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedding and towels are provided and washed at 140 degrees for your protection. Also we have contactless check-in.

You may play golf and avail yourself of the Hotel Spa but sorry the fitness club and pool are not available for our guests at this time.. For those warm summer days we also have Air Conditioning.

Great location and plenty of room
My family and I spent two nights celebrating a birthday with a long weekend ski trip. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious enough for all of us to spread out. We appreciated the easy checkout process (no stripping beds, starting laundry, etc.) as it saved us so much time in the morning when we left.We look forward to staying there again!

Perfect for our Mt. Washington visit!
We attended a 2 day wedding at the Omni Mt. Washington hotel, and need an alternative to staying there. Barbara’s 15 Stickney Drive #5 fit our needs perfectly. It’s obvious this condo is very well maintained. Plenty's of space for 4 adults, extremely well equipped, and spotless clean. The deck and chairs were a perfect place for morning coffee and an evening cocktail. It’s also just minutes from the Omni parking lot. Communication was seamless, as was the check in/ checkout process. We’ve already decided to visit again, as the area has so much to offer, and this condo is the best, most convenient place to stay.

An excellent adventure
A beautiful condo in an excellent location. It was the perfect base for our plan to view the total solar eclipse in Stratford, NH and return afterward avoiding traffic that turned out to be difficult for others. We would love to return for a summer stay and the opportunity to explore the Bretton Woods and White Mountain attractions. A ski vacation next winter would also be a lot of fun!

A fantastic condo for our family to stay in while skiing at nearby Bretton Woods. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing board games by the gas fireplace and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed.

Ski weekend at Bretton Woods
This was a very comfortable and well-equipped unit for the six of us. After the 8-12" of heavy snow on Saturday night, a crew came and shoveled and plowed very nicely, which was good. The skiing was pretty poor when we arrived, so we went hiking instead which was great, but after the storm the skiing was really good. We enjoyed going to the Mt. Washington Hotel for lunch to celebrate a birthday too. Thanks again!

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Omni Hotel which was only 4 minutes away. It was nice to stay at this property having our own kitchen and not worrying about paying for all our meals at the hotel’s restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. From spices to all utensils, pots, pans, and small appliances. The property was very clean and had a nice cozy feel to it. Nothing better than waking up to sip on your coffee by a fireplace with an incredible view out the living room windows. The owner was very prompt with answering any questions I had prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Attended wedding at Omni Mt Washington Hotel and this condo was 5 minutes away. They had shuttle service from hotel to condo for extra convenience. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with plenty of room for 5 adults. Great location to get to many hiking trails near Crawford Notch. Would definitely come back for another stay.

OUTSTANDING!
My husband and I attended a wedding at the Omni and stayed for two nights at Barbara’s condo and discovered that her rave reviews were warranted! She truly thought of everything! It is her attention to detail that sets her unit apart from other rentals. The emphasis on comfort, convenience and cleanliness are immediately obvious whether the kitchen, bedrooms, baths or living /dining area. The AC system and thoughtful tower fans in each bedroom circulated comfortable temperatures throughout our stay despite the heat wave. We slept comfortably and never felt the high humidity outside. We also loved the location and convenience. Barbara’s directions were clear as were the directions for access to the unit. It is a short drive to the hotel, another restaurant at the bottom of the street and breakfast/lunch spots within a mile. It is a skiers delight too. Breton Woods is so convenient to Barbara’s condo. As a family of skiers, it is great to find a roomy entry and places to place boot bags and outerwear. Hopefully, future events and skiing will bring us to Barbara’s place soon. It certainly feels like home!
