Beautiful remodel home, major upgrades in the town of Brewster. You will have . New straight stairs, brand new Kitchen, flooring and new gas heating and A/C system. Added duct system in house, all rooms have vents, for A/C and heat. One of the few Units on property (on Cape) with Central A/C (60,000 BTU) , plus gas heat in the cooler months.
Linens provided (Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided.)

This is a beautiful and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in prestige Ocean Edge Resort. Check-in and make yourself at home! Brewster has wonderful amenities at your fingertips beaches, golfing , biking, sup boarding, kayaking and running trails.

Downstairs level contains living room, kitchen, dining, patio and one bedroom with queen and full bathroom.
Upstairs has loft\sleeping area, Master bath and master bathroom, Loft has 2 twin beds. Through loft area into bedroom with King bed and full bath. (Need to walk thru Loft to get to King Bedroom).

Brand new Kitchen, Island add, new cabinets, all new appliances, granite counters, new flooring in kitchen, dining area and living room. New 55 inch flat screen TV.
A/C duct system and gas heat added to entire house. Additional 40 inch flat screen TV in upstairs bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher. Enjoy you private patio by cooking outside on the barbecue grill.

This unit includes feature some other units may not. Master bedroom has King bed. A/C entire house , completed renovated kitchen, living room and dining room. Ocean Edge Passes available for a fee, not all unit have this available. We also Include 4 beach chairs, most unit don't include chairs. Beautiful quiet Patio to enjoy a BBQ, coffee or a glass of wine.

We are Ocean Edge Members, option to purchase Ocean Edge resort passes. Once I register you with Ocean Edge, you pay Ocean Edge directly all fees.

We checked in after dinner, and after long trip looked forward to getting to bed. Beds were stripped down, and sheets were in a pile. So had to make beds, with one sheet missing. Rooms smelled musty, andusualthesome.small

First time on the cape, this location for us was great because we wanted to travel around. We drove 2.5 hours to Boston, stayed there a night, from Boston went to Gloucester, then back to Brewster. From Brewster, went 50 minutes to Province Town....loved it. The condo was perfect for us...group of 3. It takes a bit of time to drive through the resort to get to the condo. We went in Sept., weather was a bit chilly, which made the condo and bit chilly. We did not mess with the heat, but I am sure if we reached out to owner I would assume it would have been o.k. to turn on the heat. For bed snobs, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully owner will replace mattresses soon. Updates are being made to the condo, but still has some work to do to update. All in all, I enjoyed the stay and the condo/location.

Space was just a bit “tight” for 4 adults and 2 children. Altho there were right amount of beds the 2 twins for the children were in a loft overlooking the living area where the tv was which was a bit problematic at bedtime.

Memorial Day Visit
Second time we’ve stayed at Sinead’s beautiful Condo. Love the area and the accommodations are top notch. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Communication with the host is excellent. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a couple days away
Had family visit from out of state so rook them to the cape for a couple of days. As has been noted the "third" bedroom is really a loft open to the living room below so if you plan on kids sleeping there while adults are up it may not work out. For us our baby's portable crib fit in the room with us fine so that was fine. Nice location for exploring the cape. Everything in unit was as expected. Thanks for a great stay!

bed was comfortable, a/c worked very well, had beach chairs available and code foe entry worked very well - but advertised as a 3 BR and really wasn't. Sinks filled up with water when used. When using shower, smoke alarm went off. Toilet paper was unusable. Some lights didn't work.

Beautiful resort feel, quiet, we’ll manicured landscaping. We had to adjust our original stay dates and property owner was accommodating and professional. We didn’t travel with kids but twin beds in loft outside main bedroom would be great for families. Would stay here again.

Great Winter Getaway!
My husband, children and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in February and everything was great! We had plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything you would need. Being able to use the resort amenities was a huge plus - especially during Harry Potter week. I would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay - very clean, well equipped, plenty of space for my family of 6. The weather was cool so I can’t comment on beaches or pools. We had a great time exploring and hiking, loved the dunes and got to see seals!

This was a very clean, bright, updated, and inviting condo in a quiet area of Ocean Edge Resort, but close to amenities (indoor/outdoor pool). We would highly recommend this unit, and will return in the future.

Great Condo
Updated condo with everything you need. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay at Oceans Edge and the surrounding area. Enjoyed a few nights on the lawn at the mansion. Visited the Beachcomber and Marconi Beach in Wellfleet. Took the ferry one day to Marthas Vineyard. Great stay.

Had a very nice and pleasant stay. Condo was equipped with all the basic amenities. Had no issues whatsoever. Sinead was very responsive and very detailed in all her responses. Enjoyed our stay here very much. The Townhouse was very tastefully decorated; appliances are very modern. One of the nicer Townhouses at the Resort. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Very convenient to beautiful beaches, bike trail and excellent restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We loved the house! It's nicely done, spacious and at a great location. The owner was prompt in replying to our queries and was very helpful. Our only disappointment was that for the price of accomodation there were some crucial things missing. We had to get our own linen, towels, kitchen tissues, waste disposal covers and even the bathmats as none of these items were available in the house. A suggestion to the owner, it is rather inconvenient for travellers to carry all these things specially if the stay is only for two days.

Fantastic Ocean Edge Escape
I stayed at Sinead’s Ocean Edge townhome with my wife and two elementary school-age children for MA February vacation week. The home was beautiful and well equipped (as advertised), and provided plenty of space for our energetic bunch, even without using the back patio, which we imagine is lovely when not covered in snow! Traditionally we would make our way to a warmer locale as we are more of a beach than ski family, but with COVID travel restrictions we decided to look in-state. On top of being in one of our favorite locations (the Cape), Sinead’s property also provides access to an indoor pool, which was absolutely critical for our children (and their parents) to maintain sanity. In addition, the resort had plenty of activities we could participate in (trivia at the pool, build a stuffed animal, etc.), as well as the Frost Bar igloos, which were a lot of fun. Since it was very much the off-season we had to engage the staff a bit more proactively than might be the case in the summer, but we sorted it out, so I’m sure you can too! We would highly recommend this property, and have already booked our next stay!
