The Space:
Nestled among the tall pine trees and situated next to the Navajo ski lodge in Brian Head, Utah, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom two-story condo is a true retreat for those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Boasting of an open floor plan with two levels of comfort, this condo can accommodate up to 10 people, making it perfect for large groups or families.


As you walk into the condo, you'll immediately notice the spacious and well-lit living area on the main floor. Featuring an enormous sectional couch and a large smart TV, this area is perfect for lounging after a day out on the slopes. The wood-burning fireplace adds to the cozy ambiance, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The main floor also features a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a smart TV, ensuring that you get a good night's rest after a day of adventure. The bathroom on this floor has a big soaking tub, perfect for relaxing those sore muscles.


The well-equipped kitchen on the main floor is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, featuring double wall ovens and a huge island countertop that's perfect for prepping and serving. The big dining room table is great for enjoying meals together as a group. The main level also has a private deck that provides great views of the ski runs, making it the perfect spot to sip on your morning coffee or evening cocktail.


The second level features two bedrooms, one bathroom, washer & dryer, and its own living room. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a smart TV, ensuring that you have all the entertainment you need. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring one queen-size bed, four twin beds: one set of bunk beds and a TV. The bathroom on this floor features a bathtub and is great for soaking after a long day of outdoor activities. The second-level living area also features vaulted ceilings and a skylight window that allows for plenty of natural light throughout the living space.


In the winter months, this condo is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, with chairs 4, 6, and the tubing hill just a stone's throw away. Other winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and tubing. The summer months offer plenty of outdoor activities as well, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and ATV touring. The condo is also located close to popular attractions such as Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, making it the perfect base for exploring these natural wonders. Super Clean - Super Responsive - Super Property
We were shocked at how clean this property was. no dust anywhere to be found. Immaculate. The view of the mountains is stunning and the tall cluster of aspens right outside the balcony made for a perfect scene with the sunset sparkling through the large windows with the mountain backdrop. This will be our family getaway for years to come.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It is a great location with the ski run right out your back door. It is a true ski-in ski-out property. You can ski down the slopes directly to the property. It had plenty of room for our family of 9. It was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again.

Dreamy Family Vacation
Everything about our stay was perfection! Spacious accommodations for my husband and I, and our adult children and their partners. Everyone could come and go as they pleased, with access to Navajo right outside the door. The large, functional kitchen made meal prep easy, and the big dining table made after dinner game sessions lively and fun! We have stayed at 5+ places in Brian Head over the years - this was by far the best. I will only plan trips around when this property is available. The only thing that would have made it better is if I could have brought my dog :)

Great Brain Head family condo!
This condo was exactly as advertised in the listing pictures. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, the kids room was great with plenty of beds and room for them to hang out, we especially appreciated having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location to ski out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. The kids loved the upstairs area away from the adults. The kitchen was seamless to cook in- loved the double oven. There was no propane to grill so the oven was well used. No additional trash bags so keep that in mind if you are staying for more than 3-4 days. There is a small path just below the deck which we used to ski right onto the bunny slope and to get back we were able to go up with the bunny slope or down Paradise and across. It was so perfect. We talked to a few neighbors and really liked the community feel to this location. The size of the condo and layout were really perfect for our group. Would absolutely recommend to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only issue was a pretty significant roof leak that had to be emptied multiple times a day. This was due to the large amount of snow and the melt that was occurring. Other that it was great.

Clean and Cozy Ski-in Ski-out
This condo was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. It was incredibly spacious with enough room for 3 adults, 3 teens, and 3 children. It was glorious to be able to ski in and out, and the condo had a beautiful view of the slopes. The only negative was the little road in and out of the property. We got a lot of snow and we were nervous on that little road, as we saw a truck stuck on our first day. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location.
This was the perfect getaway location. The condo is so roomie, can easily sleep 10 and that’s not using any couches. Plenty of seating both upstairs and down. Big, beautiful kitchen. Great location close to Navajo and Giant steps. Would definitely recommend.

As Advertised!
The condo is just as advertised. The rental was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals which is great in Brian Head with limited restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. We happened to be there on a big snow week, so the unit was not ski-in/ski-out, but that was due to the overwhelming amount of snow. The beds are comfortable and all supplies you need are provided. We would definitely return.

An amazing place to stay when in Brian Head
Mahalo Pine Tree Unit D4 for a memorable Christmas. We’ll never forget Christmas 2022. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location and lots of room!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck was perfect to watch the birds and wildlife and the location was easy to find with the provided directions. Neighbors were friendly and everything is just a quick ATV or car ride away. Looking forward to coming back!
