Welcome to 32 Banyan Court Apartment in Barbados...a vacation rental that's just what you've been looking for!

This beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment sits centrally in the quiet well-maintained Banyan Court complex on the south coast of the Barbados.

**Please note that 10% VAT is included in the room rate. BBD8.75 (USD4.35) per night Room Levy to be collected on arrival and paid in cash**

The unit is ideally located on the ground floor and has two fully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster oven and an abundance of kitchen supplies for all your holiday cooking and baking.

The living & dining areas are tastefully furnished in an open plan atmosphere that enjoys the wonderful breeze. This area leads to the patio which looks out onto the gardens & the large central pool. It is ideal for enjoying the tropical afternoons of Barbados, especially after a long day at the beach!

This apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a home-away from home. Cable TV, telephone and high speed WIFI/internet access are included. There is also a weekly maid-service and shared common laundry with washer and dryer that are coin operated. There is a designated parking spot for the unit, located right next to the building and also ample visitors parking nearby.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at this unit for 10 days and extended it for 4 more days because of a hurricane. This unit really felt like home for those 14 days. It’s a ground floor unit and the patio opens out into the garden. There’s a lovely breeze through the living area if you keep the patio door and front door open. The unit is VERY spacious and VERY clean. One important thing to note is that the flooring has been updated to a light color flooring and this really makes the unit newer and really inviting and spacious. There are some local restaurants walking distance which had vegetarian options too. Saavy by the Beach is a 15 min walk which has lots of food options too. The ZR (local mini bus) stops are a 2 min walk and very convenient. We rented a car for 2 days but other than that walked everywhere and took the ZR. Lisa and Mary were wonderful hosts. They kindly extended our stay due to the hurricane and Mary provided really helpful tips about how to prepare for the hurricane and even drove down to give us a battery operated flashlight. The only suggestion I would have is that another set of bathroom towels would be helpful and that the refrigerator door needs to be cleaned from the outside or replaced. Other than that, we loved our stay at the unit. We felt safe. The neighbors and security are friendly too. We loved it here and will be back.

Good location
Had a good vacation the apartment had everything that we needed, the kitchen was very well stocked, lot of dishes and pots and pans. Short walk to pebbles beach to see the horses swimming. We didn’t see the property manager at all just two e-mails, one telling us about key location and the other saying where. to leave the key on checkout.

Amazing flat!
The apartment was absolutely lovely! Clean, great pool, security was amazing and the other people staying in the complex were very friendly. The location is walking distance to the beach which is very convenient. The good restaurants and groceries are a bit of distance from the apartment, and the sidewalks overall are not great for walking around safely. Definitely suggest you rent a vehicle or take public transport to get to the good restaurants and groceries. With that said, we would absolutely stay here again if we were to visit Barbados.

We enjoyed our stay
The apartment had everything we needed. In the description it’s written that it’s quiet and that’s the only part I would disagree with. you can hear music blasted from nearby bars all night especially in the room with two beds. The master bedroom is much quieter. I foolishly thought I paid the VAT when I paid for the rental but 48 hours before we left I got a message from the property manager asking us to leave the cash on the table. Thank goodness We had just enough cash left to pay that so please be sure you come prepared for that. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

What a find, near Carlisle Bay
This apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. Homely and Authentic Bajan. If you are someone who has to have new and shiny accommodation, then this may not be for you but if you want space and comfort and a great location, then this is for you. 2 large rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen dining and living area. There is also a lovely patio looking over beautifully kept lush gardens where we opened our Christmas gifts on Christmas morning. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were instant ready mix coffee sachets/tea and condiments. There are loads of hanging space and hangers as well as drawer space. Location is the real plus. You can walk to Carlisle Bay and Pebbles beach where you can enjoy the famous Cuz fish cutters and Skippers on the beach as well as see the race horses swim in the early mornings. The petrol station on the corner has basic essentials and you can walk to Bridgetown in 30mins. All contact has been warm and friendly and super efficient. We would definitely stay again and had a great time.

You feel at home in this peaceful getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. This apartment is one of the better located in the complex. It is set back from the street and has a beautiful view out to the trees, flowering bushes and the pool. The orientation of the apartment is such that the breeze runs right through. My favorite was to sit out with a cup of tea on the patio sofa and look out and up at the large trees in the breezes. ...especially at 7 in the morning where I would catch the Garrison clock chime 7 and then (on work days) it would follow it up with "Morning has broken". Beautiful. Every day we would go swim at the Pebble beach or to Carlisle bay both 5 minutes walk away. 2 minutes away is the gas station with convenient corner store and Bay Street where the buses and taxis run to take you into Bridgetown or along the coast road. In the apartment, kitchen is well-equipped (lots of pots and pans, casserole dishes, knives, and cooking implements). We enjoyed cooking most of our meals there. I gave 4 stars for this review but I would have given 5 stars had there been some cooking basics to welcome us in (teas, spices, sugar, cooking oil). We remedied that with a trip to the store to get the supplies or our meals which we packed into the full-sized fridge. The wifi is dependable and the AC works very well in both bedrooms, the furniture including the beds are comfortable. The place is true to the photographs, the rooms are really pleasant to spend time in. We would love to come back!

Great location, nicely decorated, good a/c in bedrooms, good pool, pretty landscape, WIFI and tv. Nice office and security staff. Laundry room close proximity. Would be great if you offered some basics like salt and pepper, garbage bags and one extra roll of to per bathroom. Maybe even some napkins or paper towels? These are not usually items we have to purchase when staying in a short term rental. Also, never found the hairdryer listed on the amenities. Would still stay here again😊

We really like this property. We would definitely stay again and recommend it. It was clean and comfy! We moved right in!! I like they provide beach towels. Definitely pack your toilet paper and paper towels! This would’ve been nice to know! I assumed this would’ve been provided for the entire stay. We did utilize the laundry which is conveniently located! We could’ve used a few more towels just to get us by. Nice kitchen. Nice walk to beautiful Pepple beach. Definitely utilized the gas station right around the corner! This property will stay high on our list of places to come back to.
