Wunderschön und gemütlich
Wir hatten mit unserem Hund einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Was wirklich praktisch ist, da der nächste Supermarkt gerade im Winter nicht so einfach zu erreichen ist. Die Hütte befindet sich in unmittelbare Nähe der Skipiste, aber auch für Wanderungen war die Lage perfekt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in großartiger Lage
Dachgeschoßwohnung in einem Ferienhaus in regionaltypischem Baustil Urgemütlich gebaut und eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet, hier fehlt nichts. Auf der Axalp (wir waren im Sommer da - wie es im Winter ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen), geht es ruhig und entspannt zu. Das dominierende Geräusch sind die Kuhglocken. Es gibt Wanderwege (das Hinterburgseeli ist spektakulär schön unter Felswänden gelegen und in einer knappen Stunde bequem erreichbar) und einen Sessellift, man hat tolle Ausblicke zur anderen Seite des Aaretals und auf Brienz mit dem Rothorn. Gelegentlicher militärischer Flugbetrieb vom nahegelegenen Meiringen aus hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Absolute Empfehlung. Wir werden wiederkommen. Kleiner Tip: Die Fahrt zur Axalp hinauf führt über eine teils einspurige Straße mit Ausweichbuchten, etwa 15-20min braucht man mit dem Auto vom Talboden aus. Wer sonst nur Flachland gewöhnt ist, muß sich ein wenig anpassen und sollte vorausschauend fahren, dann hat man es aber schnell heraus, wie und wo man dem Gegenverkehr am besten ausweicht. Achtung: Postbusse und LKWs können die kurzen Ausweichbuchten teilweise nicht benutzen. Jenachdem auf welcher Seite der Fahrbahn die Buchten liegen, muß man deshalb mit dem Auto manchmal nach links ausweichen. Die entgegenkommenden Fahrer signalisieren das, indem sie links blinken. War für mich beim ersten mal sehr überraschend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.
