Our room was very nice. The service left a lot to be desired. They were not friendly and did not seem interested in being helpful. When we asked for a room on the first floor, the gentleman checking us in said "yes", and then gave us the keys to a room on the second floor. I am happy to work with all cultures, but they need to be able to understand and speak English.

Property was conveniently located. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner in our room struggled a bit and the carpets in the main hallway had ripples that could potentially be a tripping hazard. Complimentary breakfast was good.

I could not understand anything the employee was saying at check-in his accent was so heavy. And I felt really unsafe with the people hanging out by the back door where my room was but luckily they left just as I arrived so I didn’t have to wait long to go into the hotel.

Gross & Sticky
The facility was ok, took a lot to at registration because I couldn't understand the clerk's broken English, but he tried. The gross part was in the middle of the night when I stepped in something sticky around toilet. Woke up my friend when I had to wash my feet.
