CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps maximum 8 guests)
• Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat featuring a queen-sized bed.
• Second Bedroom: A comfortable space with 2 x single beds and easy access to the family bathroom.
• Third Bedroom: 2 x single beds perfect for children or additional guests.
• Separate Outdoor Room: 1 x Queen bed. This private room includes its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for teenagers, extended family, or anyone seeking added privacy. This room has a split system air conditioner installed.
*All linens and towels provided.

BATHROOMS
• En-suite in the separate bedroom with walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Brand new.
• A family bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination, doubles as the laundry with a washing machine
• Second bathroom located just off the kitchen with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity.
All bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern fixtures and luxurious touches.

January Holidays
Cycling and hiking trip exploring Bright and surrounds. The house was perfect for our needs, close to the town centre and restaurants, bike trails/paths, and creek for a post-ride cool off. Definitely come back for further riding and hiking.
