Cappadocia Guest House is charming and comfortable. We stayed on a hot night and were grateful for the ceiling fan. Unlike other reviewers we weren't troubled by street noise. The only problem was the uneven temperature in the shower. Otherwise a very nice place to stay in central Brighton at a reasonable price.

Located within walking distance of the train station, fun and unusual shopping lanes, good food and the pier. Our room was lovely, but very warm, no AC and opening a window did not help, we had to sleep with the fan on. The bed was comfortable and bath nicely upgraded. The proprietors were absolutely lovely and accommodating. The Garden cafe downstairs is highly rated for good reason, we had a delicious breakfast there both mornings and coffee with croissants one afternoon.

Was upgraded for free which as a lovely touch ☺️ room for improvement: bathroom was very small and you can hear everything from the street outside, so take earplugs if you'd be woken by bin lorries etc or if you stay on the weekend. Otherwise lovely spacious room, cafe downstairs looked really nice, lovely check in staff.

Captivating Cappadocia!
Room was cozy, and ideal for single night stay! The cafe/restaurant is fantastic; with really healthy menu and a great atmosphere. Accommodation was great value for money! It’s in the heart of Brighton, close to the train station and with loads of bars and cafes and great little shops all around it. Will be my first choice every time I’m staying over in Brighton.

Pleasant and cosy stay
Ideally located close to most places you would want to visit in Brighton centre. Friendly front desk, room was clean and was a good size. Bathroom is small but clean and usable, shower cubicle is quite small if you’re a larger person. Only complaint would be that the single glazed windows meant we had the noise of people outside the pub across the road at night, which could be loud, but what you’d expect of a central location. Room was well heated with plenty of bedding and towels. Small TV was difficult to see from bed but had adequate signal and channels.

Delightful place to stay
Lovely place right in the heart of town with delicious cafe right underneath. Owners could have not have been nicer and bed was very comfortable. Given right in heart of town it can be a little noisy, but probably only issue for us as we live in country so not used to it. Would use again x
