We were originally assigned a room that had been only partially cleaned, with sheets that had not been changed. We were reassigned a new room without hesitation, which was appreciated, but the fact that the original bed had not received clean linens (but had been made as if it did) raises many concerns about the standard of cleanliness in the hotel.

I checked in well after the check-in time and they did not have my room type available. They downgraded my room type and did not offer any type of compensation (I did ask and was told there was nothing they could do). Then in the morning, I went down for breakfast at 8am and they were out of eggs, sausage and biscuits and we were told it would be 15-20 minutes before they would have more. Very disappointing stay

I booked this particular hotel because it had very good ratings on Hotels.com. However, our experience was not outstanding. Our wash clothes were so dirty. They looked like that had been used to wash the floor. They were supposed to be white, but they were so soiled and disgusting. The bath towels were dingy. The overall cleanliness of the room was meh. My son and I felt very itchy after our stay.

From the moment I checked in I knew it was going to be a great stay. Man working the desk was exceptional and friendly and made it easy process and was able to answer any questions. The woman I checked out with was just as nice and friendly and it makes for an enjoyable stay. Room was clean,bed very comfortable and shower area is big so you can move around in it easily. Quiet stay in a very quiet area near a target if you need anything you forgot. Highly Recommend this property and wish all my stays could be this enjoyable

Great hotel with good value and amenities.
We were on the road and arrived relatively late at night. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was really quite good. The fitness center and the pool are both above the usual standard for these hotels. We were very happy with our stay.

When we got there, there was dirt and hair in the bottom of our shower, clearly it wasn’t cleaned. We called the front desk and they called the GM to get someone in there to clean it. We waited 4 hours, had to remind them about it, then someone finally came in and cleaned everything in the bathroom, aside from the shower. Our TV seemed to be the only TV in the hotel that wasn’t working. We had 4 channels, all of which were paid programming. We had 2 kids with us with a group of people for travel ball so we had lots of rooms to compare ours to, we even paid extra for a suite. Would not return to the property again
