Nice new Brighton addition
Really lovely, well-located new hotel in Brighton. Perfect for gigs/events in Brighton. Reasonably priced rooms, although the bar prices are a bit steep! Would absolutely stay again though!

A very nice new Hotel,our room was not ready,so another was alloted Breakfast was not good,hot buffet was COLD,even at 7am the food has dried out. Only scrambled egg,was told after that we could have asked for freshly prepared eggs,nowhere did we see this offered. Will probably go back to Premier Inn next time.

A Room with No Fridge
Pros: New hotel, relatively strong shower compared to most hotels, comfortable bed Cons: NO fridge in the room! I got a birthday cake. It was a terrible surprise when I got to my room! No views from my room.

The hotel has literally just opened so of course everything is new and shiny. But it is designed well and stylish. Checking in was very easy and my room was spacious. The window properly opens so there is fresh air which I prefer to air con. The shower is very good and hot water comes quickly. The bathroom is well lit. There’s bottled water and a coffee maker. Room service is 24hr. The bed is very comfortable with quality bedding. Breakfast is a buffet with some things available to order like porridge with a range of toppings. A small niggle is a lack of labelling at breakfast. There were two types of smoothie but nothing to say what they were made of. Juices weren’t labelled. These are small things that can easily be put right. I hope they are because the buffet was very good quality (apart from cheap jams in plastic pods, not very green!). I secured a promotional rate so was very happy on the quality for the price. I hope this hotel continues to maintain this standard and doesn’t inflate prices so it becomes unaffordable.

We arrived in our hotel to check in. The lady in the reception told us our room is ready. Give us our keycard and we headed to the room.assign. when we reach there the room is not ready. The toilet was not clean. Theres towels on the sink which probably used by yhe previous customer. Beds not ready. So basically the room was not been cleaned. I went to reception to complained and the lady apologize as they might have a glitch on the system. They have offered us for a room transfer but we just decline as we are ready for our stroll in brighton. We just ask them to clean the room which they did. Overall the hotel is new and clean on the lobby. Friendly reception.

New hotel in good condition but a few things detract the amount of stars. The breakfast is chaos and the food was really awful (and constantly empty). For the price the quality and volume really lacked. Our aircon also sounded like a washer on spin and we had to turn it off as it was so loud at night. We also had no shower gel in the shower. Just small things which can be sorted and will make this a good hotel. It wasn’t cheap though so from a value POV not great and wouldn’t stay again.

This is a new hotel so in good condition. The room was smaller than we had imagined but clean and smart. Good shower. There was only one person on reception - working her socks off - so checking in and out was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast is lovely - great selection and items cooked fresh to order. There aren’t nearly enough tables though so lots of impatient people queuing and having to wait 20 mins. The bar area is smart - but very brightly lit so not somewhere to relax with an evening drink. Great location. Right near the beach and pier. Would visit again and definitely recommend. Imagine it will improve as they sort out teething problems.
