Little things have big consequences
Despite writing repeatedly and well in advance to the property they did not reply to my queries regarding a quiet room and the timing of breakfast. I was on a very tight schedule for an important meeting. I was given a first floor room, facing the road and near the lift. There were noisy neighbours next to me both at night and early morning. I could only sleep 5 hours. At breakfast we were 3 people in a 7 floor hotel so it must not have been that occupied. Really unpleasant service fir what is otherwise a nice place.

All Good... The queen room layout could be better, to be honest. The TV in the bedroom wasn't accessible on the side with the connections, and the table in the living space had few plug sockets, so I had to move it and rearrange the room. Other room amenities were good, although the door for the bin wouldn't work as the fitting was incorrect Staff were great, Breakfast was fine, and parking was available.

The room is .much smaller than in the pictures clever photography, but having said that it was full of everything that I needed Including dishwasher, fridge, microwave and small hob

Room was great, nice and quiet. Kitchen was good (we didn’t use it but had hob and dishwasher) BUT smelled of stagnant water. Also bed was too hard for my comfort. Aircon (no ability to open windows) was set centrally so no control). Breakfast food was very good l but food was in a very small area which meant queues for food and drink. Also, not enough tables!

was an amazing stay definitely my most favourite stay in brighton. only thing i will say is we had no water early hours of the morning during one of our evenings while staying and it was back the next morning but the tap kept stopping and then spitting water everywhere

Fabulous Rooms and Facilities.
Great rooms and facilities. Perfect for any kind of stay. Like a home away from home. Room was a bit cold though and despite my best efforts I couldn’t get it to warm up using the aircon control panel.

The property itself was very clean and in excellent condition, however, we could not sleep! The light on the microwave is really bright when the room is dark - it lights up the whole room- there is no way to turn it off? This kept me awake unfortunately. The bed was also really uncomfortable. So hard! A lovely place, excellent location and we really looked forward to our one night away, however, we both left feeling absolutely knackered. This was our first time away from our son in a couple of years and really just needed a good nights sleep!

Comfy but noisy pipes
Lovely stay, very comfy bed. Only moan was that we could hear water flushing through the soil pipe. It would have been better if this had been insulated as it kept waking us up.
