A wonderful stay at The Grand
The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking – what a fantastic bonus! A big thank you to The Grand for the complimentary room upgrade. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The REAL classic 5 star hotel
We know the Grand was beautiful hotel, but it was beyond our expectation. We had a beautiful room with ocean view. We felt so welcome by every single hotel staff, cocktails and breakfast were all superb ! Thank you so much x

Love this hotel and the quality of the drinks and food was great. The rooms suffer from noise from the hallway and outside noise if are in a sea view room, but we had a lovely time and the concierge team were so helpful and polite.

It’s a great hotel. The breakfast is amazing,but the room was really noisy because of a extractor outside the room, which stopped us from sleeping, and the shower turned itself on at 1.30 in the morning..

Fantastic Staff - Very poor accomodation
The service from the staff is fantastic - 5 star. Plenty of FOH staff and concierge. Bar staff were amazing, especially the manager/supervisor working late on 2/11. However the room was definitely not 5 star. Very shabby, with many scratches to furniture, and a dank smell throughout. The room was very hot and the A/C only seemed to cool down the hallway and not the main room. My wife did go to reception to complain about the condition and was told that the hotel was 4 star (this surprised us) and due refurbishment. When we got home we saw from the website that it is absolutely a 5 star hotel. So very disappointing.

We had a beautiful room, a very comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast. The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the room was not the same high standard - we found fruit cake on the carpet and the shutters in the bathroom were dirty! I'd stay there again though!

We stayed in a unmodernised room I'm sure when all rooms are finished it will be marvellous. Breakfast is in a dark room with very bad lights. No poached eggs, coffee from a machine , where was the service, most of the staff were ok Big thank you to the doorman.
