Clean and well appointed. Main gripes were (1) that the car park is both expensive and poor. It makes European car parks look roomy and expansive. (2) there was a big queue when we checked in. They then asked us for our contact details - which it transpired that they already had. Given they had already checked my photo ID, couldn’t they have asked me to check those details rather than have me recite them when exhausted? But the food was good. There was room service, the beds were small but good and the restaurant was good.

Overall very pleasant environment with neat, clean surroundings. Staff were also very polite and accomodating. Would have rated 5 star except they did not explain the shuttle bus service takes closer to 25 mins after all the pick-ups as opposed to simply indicating trip to airport was only 10 mins. This information helps with planning check-in etc.

Very very disappointed with the restaurant. We were advice there would be a delay of about 15mins before orders would be taken. After 30mins order was taken and we choose breads & Dips to start as it required no cooking and then burgers . We watched the kitchen staff arguing and hardly anything coming out of the kitchen , now 1hour past so cancelled our order and left . We were ensured no food was charged ba k to our room, but in the morning they had charged us for a meal but not even what we had ordered. Finally we got the removed by the reception staff. This was such a disappointment.
