Room, conditions, cleanliness all good. Problem was one window in the bedroom and kitchen living which looked out across the pool width to a wall and had a glass ceiling above. So no view and all noise from the pool entered the room. Will not return.

Great property and really convenient to all dining options but the room the we stayed (1813) had strong sewage smell as you enter . Trying to mask it with a strong perfume by housekeeping doesn’t work

Nice Hotel stay
The whole hotel experience stay was great except for initial check in experience. Reception and check in experience was not great. Was told to check in using the machines and refused service. When the machine didn't work, the man at reception spoke to me like I was the one who created the problems in the first place. For a great hotel, the reception staff and check in process could be made a lot better with some customer service training and better processes.
