Small bed in a bigish room, should be a king, would feel much more comfortable and special. Complimentary water should be Complimentary, read the small print cost $5 per bottle if your not a member.

I truly don't know why I have not stayed here before, it was a fantastic stay, in every way. Every facet from calling ahead for directions to the easy valet service, the welcome and helpful team at Reception who ensured I updated my Hyatt membership, to the plentiful breakfast and friendly team in the dining area each day. Then our rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds, fast free wifi, and it was so quiet. Your room service and also cleaning team are incredibly fast and thorough too. I had the most restful stay, I'm so impressed! Conveniently located to everything we love in the Brisbane CBD too. We will definitely return.
