We arrived after midnight so didn't really see any of the property or staff. But they sent through easy instructions for our After-hours check in, the room was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again for convenience before / after a flight. Close to airport .

The service was good especially as I was an after hours arrival, the room was clean and comfortable. The lift not working was a major issue however. Getting my suitcase up and down the stairs was almost too much for me.

Certainly overpriced. Lift out of order, pool right beside busy highway and could do with some updated furniture and decent umbrella for parents who want to sit and watch their children. Rooms clean but air conditioners need upgrading. Our shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor and wall tiles that had fallen off the wall just sitting under the sink. Staff pleasant but the accommodation is overpricrd for what you actually get. Disappointed 😞

Aged property but nice and clean and well stocked. Quiet with blackout curtains and comfortable bed. The complimentary water in the fridge was a superb touch. Very well priced and exactly what we were after, would highly recommend.

Easy check in, friendly staff member. Good size room, small shower but good water pressure. Convenient location to Brisbane or airport. No screen on bathroom window and it can’t be closed so bugs could get in. Happy to stay again but would take some fly spray.

The carpet in my room was wet in 1 area, looks like someone tried to clean it prior to our arrival as there was a stain on it. Was advised by staff that the room was down for maintenance for some days prior so obviously management didn’t inspect the room properly before they reinstated it.

Room was spacious. Couch was comfortable. Kitchenette clean with microwave and basic cutlery/crockery. However, shower cubicle was tiny although bathroom size OK. There was rust and mould on the tile edging on the outer side rim of the shower cubicle. Carpark spaces were too narrow for large vehicles. Reception closing at 5om on weekends meant we had to use "After Hours" phone answering service which was inadequate if there was an emergency. .Not sure if we would return to this hotel.
