Beautiful modern hotel. Easy parking. Nice and clean Has own resturant and cafe facing the lake. The only thing the room was missing was a microwave. Otherwise I will stay there again

Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement suggestion is to look at the two automated methods to help maintain good customer service.
