The one bedroom apartment was spacious and great kitchen. The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful with instructions. Would certainly look at staying here again.

Wasn't too impressed with the graffiti on the table. Check in process was a pain, we arrived a little after 6 due to a late flight and had to take photos of both Amex and ID and upload them to the property but had to do all of this through a 3rd party Location was decent, so that was a plus

The apartment was very basic for the price. Also being walked in on at 8am by housekeeping when checkout is 10 am while getting out of the shower is disconcerting.

Broken glass on the carpet, Blown lightbulb over the sink, No aircon remote in the kitchen, empty ice tray in the fridge and no soap holder in the shower. The parking bay numbers are very difficult to read and there is NOWHERE to park to complete Checkin.

Easy to get to, friendly staff and a clean, modern apartment. A couple of minor issues - the handle of the front door is loose and there were no teaspoons. No instructions on how to access the WiFi, but we figured it out.

Ekka was on, and i understand the saw dust through the halls, but seeing this is yearly the staff should of upped the vacuuming services for this time... there was mould in the shower... but overall the room was tidy

The kitchen "splash back" was filthy, hand prints all over laundry doors. Mentioned to cleaners on my first morning there but nothing was done during my 4 night stay to clean it. Reception crew were great and promised me that they would get the word through when I mentioned it on my departure.
