Loved the spacious room & style, bed was the best we've had so far (mattress). Only thing for us is not a fan of late 3pm check-in & late check out, even though we arrived early didn't get the room until 2.30pm & only because I saw other guests getting their keys that I approached the reception to see if our room was ready otherwise was waiting for a text or email to say our room was ready.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. Southbank within a few minutes walking with many options for restaurants, bars, cafes and swimming. The room was beautiful and clean and quiet.

The staff were unbelievably professional but also compassionate and friendly. They made my stay an awesome experience. Standout staff member was from Reception, her name is Ana. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near Southbank or the Mater Hospital.
