My picture-perfect house has it all!

The old world charm of our house with triple gables, ornate ceilings, lead lined glass & polished timber floors, has been enhanced with a modern twist of Bosch appliances, led downlights, air-con, walk-in robe, modern kitchen + bathrooms & 2 car remote garage.

It has been in the family for a number of years as our Brisbane base, but using it less & less…so decided to open it for others to enjoy :)

The space

Close up the plantation shutters & enjoy a sleep in, curl up on the couch with a movie on Netflix + unlimited WiFi or cook up a storm in the kitchen with everything you’ll need + more!

The house is super conveniently located in Kedron.

It’s literally a few minutes’ walk to nearby Coles Village, 10 mins by car to Westfield Chermside or 15 mins into the City.

Suitable for couples, professional or a small family… you can use the property as a home, kick back, cook a meal, wash your clothes with the laundry + everything you’ll need.

A home away from home...
The owner's attention to detail makes any stay in this lovely house very comfortable. A surprisingly quiet location, in a pleasant street of well-kept homes. The close proximity of the lock up garage to the front door allowed easy access and added to our sense of security.

A lovely cottage close to Kedron shops and ameneties
We had just over two weeks at the property and Andy the host was fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Although 3 bedroom, the 3rd bedroom is definitely a single which worked great for us as a temporary office. There's only a medium sized AC in the living area that struggles a little to cool the master bedroom in warmer weather though if you close up unused rooms and use the ceiling fans it's not too bad. The yard and carport are relatively secure from the street and being a cul-de-sac the traffic was very quiet considering the proximity to Gympie Rd. Overall, highly rated and we'd stay again in need.
