Check in was easy. Apartment was spacious but felt a bit dated, which made it feel a bit unclean in the bathroom. Also the living room furniture was stained. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.
Suggestions for improvement - ensure wifi is working from check in, add a self lock to the door and maybe a chain - I didn't feel safe, clean out toaster (breadcrumbs from previous guests), replace ironing board (it would not stay up), add block out blinds in bedrooms, check noise level of air conditioners, especially the one in the living area. Thanks
Definitely not 4 star. Dated rooms with damaged old furniture. TV in living room just had a blank blue screen and the one in bedroom didn’t even turn on. Probably the loudest aircon I’ve ever heard in the bedroom. Thick dust on the fans. Would not stay again.
We had a very spacious, well appointed apartment with a view of the city skyline. A nice comfortable stay close to lots of 50 cent public transport. Staff were very good.
Convenient location with access to South Brisbane railway station; museum; South Bank; many restaurants & cafes; and art galleries. Reception staff were very helpful. Suite was well equipped but in need of a bit of a reno. Air con in lounge and main bedroom only. It was fine for us as we just needed a place to lay our heads at night.
The bed was comfortable but the sitting/dining/kitchenette area while adequate for the two nights we were there, in terms of furniture it was sparse and minimalistic.
Very nice do-able walk to Southbank where there is plenty to do, so location is fantastic. The reception operates limited hours, so I guess you just hope nothing isn’t working right. Our apartment was lovely, but the air con had an odd damp but stale smell which made me feel uncomfortable and there was no one at reception to talk to. The bed wasn’t plush comfort, but it was definitely alright. Clean white sheets, good hot shower, spacious balcony.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We had stayed in Morgan Suites on three occasions previously and always found them very good. On this occasion the room was not satisfactory. It looked tired and unkempt with marks and scrapes on walls, curtains and blinds dirty and shabby and the shower stained and not inviting.
The facilities in the room were very basic and cutlery, plates etc the absolute bare minimum.
It is likely we will look at other options for accommodation in the area for our next stay.

Looked a little dated in the unit. Parking was easy. Easy walk to South Bank. Friendly service and the room had everything we needed. Although we were right near a train line, the double glazing glass blocked out all of the noise.
