Brief one night stay as flew in from Hong Kong. Were assigned an accessible room. Not sure why. Booked the hotel as I thought it was at the airport but needed a taxi to get there. Did not know whether we would be up for breakfast so did not book it. They have the annoying policy where it costs a third more in the morning so ate elsewhere.

The hotel is handy to the airport which is way we choose to stay there. There were issues with the temperature in the room. We couldn't turn down the air conditioning, which was much too cold. The room got very stuffy when it was turned off and the windows don't open. I am sure they will resolve it.

Great property to stay at going to or from airport. Right across the road is a mall with food options and you can drop off your bags if you are early for check-in. Friendly staff who made sure we were booked on the shuttle in the morning

Hi, The property is not exactly what is showing in pictures and when I asked the staff about property to compare from Melbourne NOVOTEL she said this is private Novotel what I paid is not worthed for this property toilet vent not working and room smell was not good and I did room spray I bought from Woolworth which cost me $10 😡no good this as Compare with price and I am regular traveller . Thanks
