I am sorry for a so-called 5 star hotel to not offer a shuttle and expect guests to walk 20 mins after a bus between international terminal and domestic terminal. It is simply not good enough. Never again

Only negative was the frosted glass between the bathroom and the bedroom as when the light was on it would light up the whole room. Otherwise quite nice.

Be Sure To Reserve Your Airport Shuttle in advance
We paid the premium to stay at the Pullman Airport so we could easily take their shuttle to the international terminal only to find out it is completely booked for the time frame we need. Very disappointed.
