Easy, clean and good size room.
Easy booking process and checking in/out was quick and easy as well. The room (studio apartment) was quite big, clean and tidy, there was a decent kitchenette and had quite a large balcany area. The only downside to the roo was the bathroom was very very small and the parking was very expensive for one night was $30.

A wonderful experience from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Well appointed spacious room. Will definatly stay again. Only had a take away coffee fron the cafe onsite, good price and very nice. Menu looked amazing but after a big night out i couldn't really eat a breakfast.

Severe Cleanliness Issues, Appalling Guest Treatment, Potential Health Hazard (Feces on Carpet/Bed) This hotel is a health hazard and the management could not care less. Initial State: The room was clearly unclean upon arrival. Food debris, used dishes, and noticeable stains indicated a lack of basic cleaning standards. A mildew smell suggested issues with the air conditioning system which would become very evident. . A/C Failure & Damage: The air conditioning malfunctioned on two occasions, completely soaking the bed. During one incident, I lost a valuable personal item while protecting my equipment from water damage. The object appeared to have been thrown out in the wet linens. Dismissive Staff: When I reported these major problems, the front desk Manager offered no meaningful solutions. His dismissive attitude was shocking. I was told to look into the QLD Innkeeper's Act myself, that I wouldn’t be compensated for the night and that it was not the hotel's problem. Unacceptable Risk: As a molecular biologist, I was alarmed by the unsanitary conditions. I personally took swab samples and my professional analyses confirmed my concerns - the presence of a variety of harmful bacteria and fungi, including those associated with fecal matter. Constant Alarms: Smoke alarm beeped for 2.5 days before being fixed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It poses potential health risks and demonstrates a complete disregard for guest well-being.

The Punt Hill apartments has unbelievable close proximity to the CBD Brisbane. The pool is awesome, the staff are fun and friendly. It is a word of caution though to take care at night when entering the building Re; keep keys handy as there is a public carpark next door. Other than that the rooms are lovely and the surrounding businesses Cafes, Pubs are terrific ⭐️
