Great location. Close to cafes, restaurants, Tivoli Theatre, Exhibition Grounds and RBWH. We had a quiet room. Never heard another person when we were in our room. Our room was large compared to many others in big cities we’ve stayed in, close to lift and bathroom had everything that was needed.

Great hotel right next to Tivoli
Decorative pillows needed to be cleaned, but apart from that everything else was great about the room. Perfect if you're seeing a show at the Tivoli

One person on front counter at check in at 2.30pm. Clogged drop off transit area, double parked on street. Then told by reception that oh the parking well, it is a bit busy today due to caravan show. You are welcome to walk through and see if you can find a park. Otherwise go find another parking facility further away. Fore warning this could be the case would of been appreciated, especially when i rang the day before to confirm the parking position for your establishment. Price for the room i think was totally over the top. Room very unpleasant to stay in, air conditioning in room and also outside room very uncomfortable. Price
