Nothing about this property is nice and everything been advertised is not true, there's only 3 to 4 car parking available, the rooms are very small and old, they will not even refund your money. Been told by reception that if you booking is done by Expedia then they are not responsible for it . Don't think it's worth for the money

The staff that work here are AMAZING. Their customer service is second to none. The hotel itself is pretty good for budget accom (the walls are a little thin, and the air con unit is loud as it’s an old box style) however the warm friendliness of the staff overrides these small things. I would stay here again based on the staff alone. Thanks guys!!

Staying at SoHo was a cheaper option for us than catching a Uber home after a work function in the city. SoHo will definitely be our go to for future stays when needing a place to sleep after a night out in the Valley/City area. The room was so clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We enjoyed a late afternoon and morning walk about the beautiful Roma St Parklands before departing. The lady in the office was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Firstly greeted by Ray the manager, friendly and welcoming. An old building, but nicely renovated. A comfortable and easy place to stay. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very small , definitely not recommended more than 2 people or if staying nore than 2 days as not enough space to put things. The pictures are surely misleading. Its close to most of the shops is the only positive.

Excellent location above Roma St Station and Park
Lovely little room, perfect for one person I'd say. Couple of issues with light 1. The standby light on the TV was like the lighthouse at Alexandria. I had to cover it up (with difficulty) each night. 2. The corridor light shone around the door, which made me wonder whether the doors were properly fireproof. I gave the room stars for eco-friendliness as the the toilet would flush for a good two to three mins if you pressed the flush for too long. This wasted a lot of water. Everything else was perfect though. Thank you.

Property was clean. It isn’t listed anywhere that’s its stairs only, no elevators, so not very accessible friendly. Room was ALOT smaller than the photos made it look. There was a lot of side stepping around furniture. There was no screen in the bathroom window and you could t close the window either. It was very noisy, you could hear a pin drop out in the hallway, so when the cleaners arrived early in the morning it was very noisy. Car parking was minimal and extremely tight. Area around the hotel was ok, quite a few homeless in the park across the road. Reception staff were lovely.

The rooms were clean however a lot smaller than the pictures. Check in was tedious due to the woman at reception micro managing every aspect of the stay resulting in a line up of people. Property was okay if you are there for a quick overnight where you just need to go to sleep and then leave in the morning.
